Instructions for Using Jodoo on Mobile (Android/iOS)
Introduction
This article will show you how members can log in to Jodoo, fill in forms, process workflows, and view dashboards on mobile.
Logging in to Jodoo
Android Version
1. Install Jodoo on Google Play.
a. On Google Play, search for Jodoo and click Install.
b. Open the installed app, and then enter your phone number/email and password to log in to Jodoo.
2. Install Jodoo via PWA.
You need to know what PWA is before using the method to install Jodoo.
PWA (Progressive Web App) is a modern approach to web application development that combines the best features of websites and native mobile apps. PWAs leverage web technologies to provide an app-like experience to users across different platforms and devices. They can be accessed through a web browser without the need for installation from an app store.
Take Google Chrome as an example:
a. Open the link (https://jodoo.com/mobile/web_app_install) in Google Chrome.
b. Click 
c. Open the installed app, and then enter your phone number/email and password to log in to Jodoo.
iOS Version
For iOS users, the Jodoo PWA is available on most browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Take Safari as an example:
a. Open the link (https://jodoo.com/mobile/web_app_install) in Safari.
b. Click 
c. Open the installed app, and then enter your phone number/email and password to log in to Jodoo.
Note:
1. To install Jodoo on iOS devices, you can only do so via PWA.
2. Besides installing Jodoo, you are also allowed to log in to Jodoo on the website. The website address for Jodoo is https://www.jodoo.com/.
3. It is recommended to use Safari to install the PWA. Otherwise, some features may be unavailable. For example, you cannot receiving notifications.
Interface on Mobile
After logging in to Jodoo on mobile, the interface settings are as follows:
Filling in Form(s)
Go to an app in Jodoo, select the form you want to fill in, fill in the form, and click Submit:
Processing Workflow(s)
Initiating Workflow(s)
To initiate a workflow, fill in the workflow form, and the form data will flow to the corresponding approvers after submission.

2. Workflows initiated by yourself can be viewed in Initiated in the app or Workflow Center:
Processing Task(s)
Approvers at different workflow nodes need to process workflows when these workflows flow, such as reviewing content and complementing information. You can handle your tasks on mobile in the following ways:
1. Process all tasks.
If you need to process all tasks in your account, view and process them in My Tasks in Workflow Center:
2. Process all tasks in apps.
If you need to process tasks in an app, check these workflows in My Tasks after entering the app:
Data Permission
Admins can assign different permissions to members, and members can process data according to their own permissions.
1. Go to the app, and in the upper left corner of forms, you can switch among different permission sets:
2. In different permission sets, you can perform different actions on data. For example, when switching to Manage All Data and clicking a single record, you can print, copy, edit, and delete the record:
Viewing Dashboard(s)
The dashboard can be used for statistical analysis and display of form data. After entering the app, you can view the results of the data analysis in the dashboard:
