Jodoo now supports receiving instant notifications on mobile devices, ensuring users are promptly informed of tasks requiring their attention, such as approvals or updates. Follow this guide to set up notifications on your mobile device.
Prerequiste
Before setting up notifications, ensure you have downloaded and installed the Jodoo app. If you haven't done this yet, refer to the guide titled How to Download and Use Jodoo on Mobile Phones for detailed instructions.
How to Set it up?
Step 1: Enable Mobile Device Notifications in the System
Choose the form for which you want to receive notifications:
Navigate to Edit > Workflow > Workflow Properties.
Check the option Notify approvers and CC on Mobile.
Step 2: Verify App Notification Settings on Your Mobile Device
Follow the steps below to check whether notifications for the Jodoo app are turned on, enabling real-time updates.
For iOS Devices:
Go to your iPhone's Settings app.
Scroll down and locate the Jodoo app in the list of installed apps.
Tap on the Jodoo app, then select Notifications and toggle Allow Notifications to ON.
For Android Devices:
Navigate to your phone's Settings menu.
Select Apps or Notifications, depending on your device model.
Click Manage apps. Find the Jodoo app in the list of installed applications.
Tap on the Jodoo app and select Notifications. Then turn on Show Notifications.
By completing these steps, you'll ensure Jodoo notifications are properly enabled on your mobile device, allowing you to stay updated in real-time.
