Overview
This article helps first-time Jodoo users create an account and get started with Jodoo. After registration, you can enter Workspace, follow the new-user guidance, and continue by creating your first app or inviting members to collaborate.
This article is for you if:
You are new to Jodoo and want to start using it independently.
You plan to create and manage apps for yourself or your team.
You are not joining an existing Company/Team through an invitation.
Note: If you need to join an existing Company/Team, ask its admin to send you an invitation. Follow the invitation link to register or sign in and join the existing team instead of starting separately.
How to Create an Account?
Before You Start
Prepare an email address that can receive verification codes.
You will use this email address to register your Jodoo account and sign in later.
Step 1 Getting the Access
Go to the Jodoo official website.
Click Sign up in the upper-right corner of the page to go to the account sign-up page.
Step 2 Opening the Sign-Up Page
Enter your email and click Get Code, then you will receive a code by email. Enter the verification code you just received and set your password.
Step 3 Selecting time zone
In the dropdown menu for Time Zone, select the time zone that corresponds to your working location. Then click OK to start using Jodoo.
Step 4 Choosing the best way to learn
The first time you log in and access the Jodoo interface, Jodoo will offer two options to help you get familiar with its working procedure. You can choose either of them or simply explore by yourself.
Step 5 Setting my profile
1. Click your avatar and go to My Profile > Security > Mobile > Link to bind your mobile phone number.
2. Click Get Code and enter the Verification Code you just received by your email. Click Next.
3. Enter Your Mobile Number
Make sure you have selected the correct area code for your location in the dropdown menu, or enter a country or region. Then enter your mobile number and click Get Code. Once you receive the SMS verification code through messages, enter the code and click Save to link your mobile number to your account successfully.
Then you can log in to Jodoo by entering your mobile number/email and password.
Note:
1. If you fail to complete the mobile phone verification, click Password Verification located at the bottom of the Link Mobile Number page. This will take you to the email verification process.
2. Here is the list of telephone country codes that Jodoo currently supports: Singapore: +65, Malaysia: +60, Indonesia: +62, Philippines: +63, Taiwan: +886, Thailand: +66, Hongkong: +852, Macao: +853, and China Mainland: +86, Brunei: +673, India: +91, Iran: +98, Japan: +81, Mexico: +52, Romania: +40, Russia: +7, South Africa: +27, South Korea: +82, United States: +1, Vietnam: +84.
How to Sign in to an Account?
After completing the above steps, you have to create your Jodoo account. Then, you can sign in to your Jodoo account in the following two ways!
1. Sign in with the password.
Fill in the mobile number/email and password, and then click Sign in below.
2. Sign in with the verification code.
Enter your mobile number and the verification code to log in to Jodoo.

The first time you enter Workspace, Jodoo provides step-by-step guidance to introduce the following four key areas:
My Apps: Apps bring together forms, workflows, and dashboards used in your business. You can create and manage your apps here.
New App: Click New App to quickly build your first business app from scratch or start with a template.
Workflow Center: Initiate workflows, process pending tasks, and view workflows under Initiated, Processed, and CC Me.
Help Center: If you need help, you can browse help documentation, ask the AI Agent, or contact technical support.
Quick Tutorial
If you are new to no-code app building, we recommend following the Quick Tutorial in this order:
Creating Your First App: Learn what an app contains and how to create one in Workspace.
Creating Your First Form: Learn how to add fields, design a form, and collect business data.
Creating Your First Workflow: Learn how to turn a business process into a workflow and route records through different steps.

Template Center
If you do not want to build your first app from scratch, you can start with an existing template. Jodoo provides templates for a variety of business scenarios. You can install a suitable template and customize it based on your needs.
To get started:
Open Template Center.
Browse or search for templates based on your business scenario.
Select a template that fits your needs.
Install the template.
Customize the forms, workflows, dashboards, and other settings as needed.
