How to Download the App on the App Store?
Getting started with Jodoo is quick and simple. Follow these steps to download the app onto your iPhone:
1. Searching for Jodoo in the App Store and Downloading it: Open the App Store and type “Jodoo” in the search bar at the top. Locate jodoo.com in the search results and click it. Tap the GET icon to download the app. If prompted, authenticate with your Apple ID, Face ID, or Touch ID.
2. Opening and Logging in: Once the download is complete, launch Jodoo. You can log in to Jodoo with your email or phone number.
How to Download the App on Google Play?
Downloading the Jodoo app on Google Play is similar to the App Store.
1. Searching for Jodoo on Google Play and installing: Open Google Play, search for "jodoo", and click Install
2. Opening and Logging in:
Open the installed application, and enter your mobile number/email address and password to log in to Jodoo.
How to Download the App through Websites?
For those who cannot access Google Play or the App Store, Jodoo can still be downloaded through Google Chrome via PWA.
Q: What is PWA?
A: PWA (Progressive Web App) is a modern approach to web application development that combines the best features of websites and native mobile applications. PWAs leverage web technologies to provide an app-like experience to users across different platforms and devices. They can be accessed through a web browser without the need for installation from an app store.
For Android devices
Android users can access Jodoo via Google Chrome:
a. Open Google Chrome and navigate to: https://app.jodoo.com/mobile/web_app_install;
b. Click, and click Install app > Install to install Jodoo.
3. Open the installed application, and enter your phone number/email address and password to log in to Jodoo.
For iOS devices
For iOS users, Jodoo PWA can be accessed on most browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. But we suggest to install through Safari to ensure stability.
Using Safari as an example:
1. Open Safari, and navigate to: https://app.jodoo.com/mobile/web_app_install
2. Click, and click Add to Home Screen > Add to install Jodoo.
3. Open the installed application, and enter your phone number/email address and password to log in.
Notes:
1. Besides installing the Jodoo app, you can also log in to Jodoo on the website: https://www.jodoo.com/.
2. We recommend you install Jodoo PWA via Safari. Otherwise, some features may not be available. For example, you may not receive notifications from Jodoo.
How to Use the Jodoo App?
Now that you’ve downloaded the app and logged in, let's explore what you can do in Jodoo.
Filling Out Forms
Enter Jodoo, select a form, fill in the contents, and click Submit.
Processing Workflow
1. Initiating a workflow
Initiate Workflow means filling out a workflow form, which will be routed to the corresponding approver after submission.
a. Log into Jodoo on your mobile, enter an app, select the workflow form to be filled out, fill in the contents, and submit to initiate the workflow.
b. The workflows you initiated can be viewed under Initiated in the app or the workflow center.
2. Handling Pending Tasks
Node approvers perform content approval, information supplementation, and other operations as the workflow progresses on mobile devices.
a. Handling All Tasks:
To handle all pending tasks in your account, go to My Tasks in the workflow center.
b. Handling Pending Tasks in the Application:
To handle pending tasks in the application, go to My Tasks in the application.
Data Permissions
Administrators will assign different operational permissions to members, who can process data according to their permissions.
1. Enter an app, click a form, and you can switch the permission set in the upper left corner.
2. Different permission sets can perform different operations on the data. For example, when switched to the Manage All Data permission set, you can print, comment, edit, or delete individual data entries from the bottom menu after clicking on them.
Viewing Dashboards
Dashboards are used for statistical analysis and presentation of form data. After entering the application, you can view the results of data analysis in the dashboard.
