Introduction

Functions

Calendar can present data in a calendar chart. Date&Time must be included in a calendar.

Application Scenarios

When viewing and managing data by date, you can use the calendar component:

  • Using as a work schedule, such as visit planning and assignment tasks.
  • Using as an attendance check, such as check-in and check-out.
  • Using as daily report management, such as daily reports.

Preview

Click a date with data on the calendar to display all the data on that date. You can further view and manage the data details by clicking Record Title and add data directly on the calendar.

Setting Procedure

You can prepare a data source in advance.

Creating a Dashboard

Visit the app and click  to create a dashboard.

Creating a Calendar

Rename the dashboard and click Chart > Calendar. Select the data source from the form in the app.

Note: The data source in the calendar only supports the form data in this app. You can add up to three forms as the data source once.

Setting a Calendar

Renaming the Calendar and Changing the Data Source

Click the left corner to rename the calendar and click Change to select a form as the data source.

Setting Time Dimension

Time Dimension refers to the time in the form used as the dimension to display data in the calendar.

Time Dimension can be selected from the Date&Time field in the form or the Created Time and Updated Time of the system fields.

You can drag and drop Time Dimension to sort data in the calendar.

Setting Default View

A view is how the data is presented. Default View supports Week and Month, which means displaying data by week or month.

When you set Default View, it supports being set both on mobile and on PC.

PC Default Layout

The calendar chart on PC supports both Default and Compact.

Note: Mobile only supports Compact layout and does not support other layouts.

Filters

If you need to display only part of the data in the form, you can set Filters. Select a field from the left panel and drop and drag it to Filters.

Access

The default access is Same As Member and members can only view the permitted data. The member permissions can be set in Publish.

Calendar Style

Click Style and set the background color and title color.

Demonstration

On PC

You can switch time and forms to view data and add form data directly on the calendar based on the permissions.

On Mobile

Notes

1. A calendar can only display and manage form data and cannot manage data from data factory and aggregate tables.

2. A calendar only supports forms in this app, not cross-app forms.

3. A calendar can display up to three forms.
