Setting Procedure

Where to Set

Go to Workspace, click your avatar, and go to Management:

Basic Settings

Basic Settings include Plan Details and Business Info.

1. Plan Details

In Plan Details, you can view Plan, System Overview, and Advanced Features.

2. Business Info

In Business Info, you can set basic information such as Company/Team Name, Account Mode, Business Portal URL, Time Zone, and so on.

Contacts

1. Members

With Members, you can manage all members in your company's contacts.

Permission Center

1. Admins

Admins refer to those in Jodoo who have system management permissions besides the owner. There are Super Admin Group and Admin Group in Admins.

2. Admin Group Query

Admin Group Query allows you to search for admins by name, and edit their permissions.

3. Permission Set Query

Permission Set Query allows you to modify permissions in terms of members, departments. roles, apps, and so on.

Management Tools

1. Business Settings

In Business Settings, you can set Business Security, Business Culture, Business Collaboration, and so on.

2. Webhook (Message)

Through Webhook (Message), you can synchronize the pending messages, notifications, and CC notifications in Jodoo to your platform, making it convenient to process all information.

3. Statistics

Statistics is a page that used to record login statistics and operation statistics.

Login & Operation

1. Login History

In Login History, you can view the detailed sign-in logs of members for your company.

2. Audit Trail

Audit Trail, composed of Platform Logs and App Logs, records relevant operations in Contacts, forms, Open Platform, and so on.
