What are the Statistics?
Statistics track and analyze the usage of various system features by members or apps during production. It also provides an analysis of the activity levels of admins and members.
What Does It Look Like?
Statistics conducts statistical analysis on data from four aspects: Resource Usage, Admin Activity, Member Activity, and System Benefits:

What can You View in the Statistics?
Find your avatar on the top right, click it, and click Management > Statistics.
Resource Usage
At Resource Usage, there is a statistical analysis of the number of apps, forms, and usage of advanced features. Resource Usage consists of the Filter bar, Overview, and Usage Details.
Admin Activity
Admin Activity provides a statistical analysis of the number of times specific apps are edited or admins edit apps, as well as editing date, and other data. It consists of the Filter bar, Overview, and Activity Details.
Member Activity
Member Activity also offers a statistical analysis of the usage of apps, objects (forms, process forms, and dashboards), and members. It consists of the Filter bar, Overview, and Activity Details.
System Benefits
At System Benefits, you can query the time and cost saved for the business during the usage of Jodoo based on four dimensions: This Month, This Quarter, This Year, and Total.
Notes:
The economic benefit data is roughly estimated based on the usage of resources and partial operation volume in Statistics, provided for reference only.
If you require more accurate data and details, please export and use the statistical data yourself or refer to the annual value report from Jodoo (some companies with low data volume may not receive the annual report).
If the economic benefit data is low, it may be because the evaluation criteria from Jodoo may not necessarily match your current business situation. You should adjust your business according to reality.
When to Use Statistics?
When managing admins, managers can use Statistics that allow for monitoring admin activity.
For a business with multiple admins or using multiple apps, Statistics provides intuitive access to information regarding the creators of each app and the usage of features.
When admins need to clean up abandoned apps or advanced features regularly, Statistics allows for the examination of the usage status of each app and advanced feature.
In production, managers may need to modify dashboards based on usage dynamically. In such cases, Statistics allow for monitoring the number of times dashboards are edited or accessed.
Notes
1. The export data limit in Statistics is 16MB, 500,000 rows.
2. All related data within Statistics are calculated starting from April 29, 2024.
3. Due to the T+1 delay and other possible issues, there may be latency and deviation in the statistical results. It is recommended to click Refresh for calibration.
T+1: The transaction is settled with a delay of one business day.
4. After compatibility, the original data can be analyzed in Member Activity >> View by App>> Overview, within a specific Day range:
