What Message Types Does Jodoo Have?

There are Data, Application Logs, Usage, Contact Management, Open Platform, System Management, and Events&News in the Message Center.

You can go to the Message Center to view different types of messages more quickly and efficiently and better manage messages.

Under this category, there are two types of messages: Data and Application Logs.

Data	Dashboard Alerts	A Data Alert was triggered from the Dashboard.
Data	Import / Export	Import/Export status in the Workspace: • Import: Success or Failure. • Export: Failure or Success (Ready for download).
Application Logs	Webhook	Notification that a Data Push failed.
Application Logs	Data Flow	Notification that a Data Flow update failed.
Application Logs	Output Table	Notification that an Output Table sync failed.
Application Logs	Automation	Notification that an Automation execution failed.
Application Logs	App Changes	App modification alerts: • App was created, deleted, or renamed. • A shared App was installed.

Business Messages

System Management	Import / Export	Import/Export status in the Admin Panel: • Contacts Import: Success / Failure. • Contacts Export: Failure / Success (Ready for download). • Logs Export: Failure / Success (Ready for download).
System Management	Message Push	Notification that a Message Push failed.
System Management	Permission Changes	Notifications regarding admin privileges: • Admin Group added or deleted. • Admin added or removed.
Events&News	Product Updates	Official announcements regarding: • Product feature updates. • Official events and activities. • Scheduled system maintenance. • Best practice cases and live courses.
Events&News	Template Release	Status of apps to publish to the Template Center (Approved / Rejected).

When to Use Message Type?

When you receive many different kinds of messages in Jodoo but cannot view them in time, you can go to the Message Center and deal with them according to the division, which can avoid work tasks being delayed by message omission.
