What is the Message Center?
There are various messages in Jodoo. The Message Center feature is equal to an inbox, where you can view messages while using Jodoo.
Where is the Message Center?
Go to Workspace and click the bell button in the upper right corner. Then you will come to the Message Center page.
How to Set the Message Center?
In the Massage Center, click Settings, you can set reminding methods and recipients to receive messages for Application Logs, Usage, Contact Management, Open Platform, System Management, and Events&News.

What Message Types Does Jodoo Have?
There are Data, Application Logs, Usage, Contact Management, Open Platform, System Management, and Events&News in the Message Center. For more details, see Message Types.
Message Notifications & Actions
Visual Indicators: A red dot on a category indicates that it contains unread messages. Within the list, messages with a dot are unread.
Filter Unread: Click the "Unread Only" button in the top-right corner to view only unread messages in the current category.
Mark Page as Read: Click "Mark all as read" in the top-right corner to instantly mark all messages on the current page as read.
Note: This action only applies to the current page and does not affect the status of messages on other pages.
Quick Action: Hover your mouse over any message to reveal the "Mark as read" button for that specific item.
Note:
Messages of all types retain messages for the last six months.
