Introduction

Feature(s)

Signature is used to upload the signature of the current member when filling out a form or reviewing a workflow. This can guarantee that the data is submitted by the person concerned.

Application Scenario(s)

Signature is often used in the following scenarios where you need to verify whether the data is submitted by the person concerned. For example:

  • In the case of meeting sign-in, you can add a Signature field in the form for members to confirm their sign-in data.
  • In the case of store service management, you can add a Signature field in the form for customers to confirm their order.
  • In the case of product quality management, you can add a signature field in the form for quality inspectors to confirm their inspection.

Preview

For example, customers can fill in the purchase request form and scan the QR code to upload the signature to confirm their order.

This is an advanced feature that requires the Standard or above plans. For details, contact our Sales Team.

Field Properties

Select the Signature field, and go to Field Properties.

You can set Validation as Required to make the Signature field a required field during form-filling. You can also set Field Permissions to allow members to View or Edit the field.

Uploading A Signature

On PC

Click Add Signature, and scan the QR code. Then you need to write and upload the signature on your mobile.

Note:

You can scan the code and upload the signature in any mobile app that supports scanning the QR code and writing.

On Mobile

Scan the code on PC or fill in the Signature field directly on mobile:

  • Switch to horizontal/vertical view: Click the screen rotation button to switch between horizontal/vertical writing.
  • Rewrite/Confirm/Cancel: After writing the signature, you can rewrite, confirm, or cancel the signature operation.
  • Signature reuse: Tick Save the signature for next time. You can use the signature when filling out the form next time without needing another signature.

Note:

Only members in the enterprise can tick Save the signature for next time. Members who fill in the form through public links cannot save their signatures for reuse.

Custom Printing

Signature supports custom printing.

1. You first need to design a print template, then you can drag the Signature field to a desired position in the print template.
