Form Access Link

What is Form Access Link?

Form Access Link refers to the internal link of a form. You can directly publish a form-filling link to internal members through Form Access Link. Then the members will be spared the time to search for the form.

Demonstration

After an admin sends the internal link of a form to internal members of Jodoo, these members can open the form and fill it out directly.

Prerequisite

To set form access link, you must build a form first. If you haven’t done these, you can build your own form from scratch or follow the steps below to build a form.

How to Share Form Access Link?

Step 1 Enabling Form Access Link

After designing a form, go to Publish > To Member, and click Form Access Link in the upper right corner. Then you can view the form access link.

Step 2 Sharing Link(s)

Click Form Access Link > Copy to copy the link or click  to save the QR code and send the form access link to members. Then the members can open the form and enter data quickly.

When to Use Form Access Link?

Form Access Link is applicable to all the scenarios of quick record filling among internal members. For example, filling in employee information forms, registering information on leave application, collecting activity information, and so on.
