Exporting Members

Introduction

Feature(s)

Admins can export members according to permission sets. When exporting, the following information will be exported:

  • Member ID (member number)
  • Name
  • Email
  • Department
  • Role
  • Status

Application Scenario(s)

  • Basic information of members is maintained in Jodoo form. Exporting members in Contacts can update member information in the Jodoo form.
  • Alternatively, member IDs are necessary when updating member information through API. Member IDs can be obtained in batches through Export.

Export Permission

1. Account creators and super admins can export all active members and members being invited in Contacts.

2. For admins:

  • They can export all active members and members being invited with which they have permission.
  • Having permissions means that the View and Manage permission is ticked in Contacts in Admins settings.

Setting Procedure

When exporting, you can choose to export all members or only some members.

Exporting All Members

In Contacts, admins can export all member information to which they have permission in All Members:

Exporting Some Members

1. Export according to departments.

If you only need to export members of a certain department, you only need to select the corresponding department and export.

2. Export by selecting.

If you do not need to export all members, you can directly tick the members that need to be exported:

Note:

You can select up to 5000 people.

Exporting Logs

Exported logs can be viewed by system creators or super admins in Audit Trail > Platform Logs. As shown in the following image:

Notes

1. Export limit: The maximum number of exported members is 100,000. Any number exceeding this limit will not be exported.

2. Export frequency limit: Contacts can be exported five times per day.
