What is Exporting Members?

Exporting member refers to the action of exporting team members from the team or company. This operation helps team adminis or users with the appropriate permissions manage the team's member list to ensure that only relevant individuals can access and participate in the team work.

Here is the information on exported members.

Prerequisite

To export members, you should get the permission to manage members first. To get permission, you should contact the account creator and he/she can follow these steps to permit you.

Go to Members, choose a team in Admins, select the member need the permission and tick View and Manage.

NOTE：

Account creators and super admins can access and manage all contacts.

How to Export Members?

Here are two options for you. Also, you can check exporting logs in the following ways.

Export according to Departments

If you only need to export members of a certain department, you only need to select the corresponding department and export.

Exporting by Selecting Members

If you do not need to export all members, you can tick the members and click Export.

Note:

You can select up to 5000 people.

Exporting Logs

Exported logs can be viewed by system creators or super admins in Audit Trail > Platform Logs.

When to Export Members?

In addition to cases such as employee departures, the following cases can also export members in Jodoo.

Q: Is there any limit to exporting members?

A: The maximum number of exported members is 100,000. If the number exceeds this limit, you can not export any members.

Q: Is there any limit to exporting members every day?

A: It can be exported five times daily.
