App homepage is the workspace or the portal of an app.

The app homepage is used for information transmission, system guidance, quick operation, reminder and processing of tasks, and data display and drill-through and so on.

Setting Rules

Up to ten dashboards can be added as the app homepage once. The system will use the first available dashboard as the app homepage according to viewing permissions. The admin can set different app homepages for different members.

The homepage set will be displayed at the top of the app:

Sorting Homepages

Drag directly to sort homepages:

After sorting, as the order of homepages with access changes, the app homepage will also change.

Note: If the member has no access to any dashboard, the homepage will not be displayed.

Switching Homepages

If a member has access to multiple homepages, the member can switch to other homepages. The system will remember the switching action and the member can visit the homepage switched to next time.

Dashboard Permissions Setting

To assign members the access to the homepage, you need to set data access permission in the dashboard for members in the dashboard corresponding to the homepage.

Publish as Homepage in Dashboard

You can also click Publish as Homepage in the dashboard besides in app settings to add a homepage:

If the number of homepages to be published exceeds ten, you cannot publish another homepage and will receive a prompt as follows:

Notes

1. All apps in the app homepage can be set.

2. The dashboard interaction on the homepage is exactly the same as the dashboard. You can export, full-screen, and edit the dashboard.
