Node Name

Introduction

Feature(s)

Node Name is used to differentiate and describe nodes in a workflow. By changing node names according to different business scenarios, you can better understand the roles of each node, as well as the position and order of the nodes in the entire workflow.

Application Scenario(s)

In the case of order management, the node for initiating a workflow can be named as "Submit Order".

During the order-reviewing process, if multiple department heads need to review orders at the same time, set different names for them to distinguish the approval nodes.

If an order needs to be reviewed by the finance department, add three task nodes and rename them as Financial Specialist, Financial Supervisor, and Financial Manager to differentiate nodes. The workflow will flow in this order.
