Introduction

Feature(s)

Notifications can support pushing data that meet conditions to members. For instance, you can set notifications when data is added, modified, or reaches its due date so that you can manage data more reasonably and improve work efficiency.

Application Scenario(s)

  • After new order data is submitted, you can send notifications to relevant members of the production department so that they can make production plans in time.
  • When you want to notify members to write their weekly work summaries, you can send notifications to all members at 14 o'clock every Friday so that they can handle it timely.

Setting Procedure

Where to Set

Select a form, click Edit, and go to Extension > Notifications.

Click New Notification and enter the setting page.

You can set Timing, Conditions, Recipients, Content, Data Permission in Notifications, and Method on the setting page.

Note(s)

1. Regular forms.

You can set four kinds of notifications for regular forms: When a record is submitted, When a record is updated, At specific time, and Choose a Date&Time field.

2. Workflow forms.

You can set only two kinds of notifications for workflow forms: At specific time and Choose a Date&Time field.
