Two ways are supported to set the filename:
- Keep the Original Filename: use the original name of the file when it was uploaded. For example, if the filename is IMG_2017 when the file was uploaded, it will still be IMG_2017 after being exported.
- As Per the Field: use a field value of the data where the file is located as the name. For example, if the exported file is named after the Name field in the form, the exported attachment of Grape will be named Grape. If there are multiple attachments, the names will be Grape, Grape_2, Grape_3, etc.
When selecting As Per the Field, you need to select a specific form field.
Note: When you select As Per the Field, supported fields are Title, Created User, Created Time, Update Time, and fields whose types are Single Line, Number, Date&Time, Radio, Checkbox, and Member.
