1. Select data to be exported

Or you can click Manage Data, select data to be exported, and click Export Attachments.

2. Select fields to be exported

Select supported fields to export attachments. Only attachments of the Attachment or Image fields can be exported.

3. Set the filename

Two ways are supported to set the filename:

  • Keep the Original Filename: use the original name of the file when it was uploaded. For example, if the filename is IMG_2017 when the file was uploaded, it will still be IMG_2017 after being exported.
  • As Per the Field: use a field value of the data where the file is located as the name. For example, if the exported file is named after the Name field in the form, the exported attachment of Grape will be named Grape. If there are multiple attachments, the names will be Grape, Grape_2, Grape_3, etc.

When selecting As Per the Field, you need to select a specific form field.

Note: When you select As Per the Field, supported fields are Title, Created User, Created Time, Update Time, and fields whose types are Single Line, Number, Date&Time, Radio, Checkbox, and Member.

4. Generate a download link

Click Generate Download Link to generate a download link.

If you wait for a long time, you can close this page, and the system will continue to package the attachments.

Later, click Export Attachments > View Export History to find the corresponding link to download attachments.

5. Download a compressed file

Click the download button to download the compressed attachment files to the local.

6. View export history

Go to History > History | Attachment Export to view historical attachment export records.

You can also select any data, click Export Attachments, and click View Export History on the pop-up window.

On the Export History page, you can view the download links of all export records, and download attachment compressed packages.

Notes

1. A maximum of 1 GB attachments can be exported each time. If the size of the attachment package is too large, only the attachments submitted earlier will be exported priorly.

2. The maximum number of attachments in a single package is 1,000.

3. The download link is valid within 24 hours. When the link becomes invalid, you need to export the attachments again.
