What is Member Activity?
Member Activity provides statistics on the number of members performing specific operations and the frequency of those operations, including accessing apps, creating data, editing data, deleting data, and exporting data.
With Member Activity Data, admins can understand member engagement and work activity, identify productive members, discover unused apps or forms, and make informed decisions about system adoption and resource optimization.
Where to Find It: Management > Statistics > Member Activity

Filter Member Activity Data
Switch Viewing Dimensions
The viewing dimension determines how member activity data is grouped and displayed. By default, View by App is selected.
View | Description |
View by App | View member activity for each app. |
View by Form/Dashboard | View member activity for individual forms, workflow forms, and dashboards. |
View by Department | View aggregated activity for all current members of selected departments and their sub-departments. |
View by Member | View operation details for individual members. |
Select a viewing dimension from the filter bar at the top of the page.
Select the apps, forms/dashboards, departments, or members you want to analyze.
Notes:
When using View by App, View by Form/Dashboard, or View by Member, leaving the target selection empty is equivalent to selecting all available items. However, View by Department requires you to select at least one department before statistics can be calculated.
Jodoo Regular Admins can only use View by App and View by Form/Dashboard.
Set the Time Range
You can filter member activity data by selecting:
Date Filter: Set a custom start date and end date.
Time Granularity: Day, Week, or Month.
Overview
The Overview section displays activity trends over the selected time range using line charts. The following charts are available:
Chart | Description |
Access (Users & Times) | Trends in the number of members accessing apps, forms, or dashboards and the total number of accesses. |
Create Data (Users & Times) | Trends in the number of members creating records and the total number of records created. |
Edit Data (Users & Times) | Trends in the number of members editing records and the total number of records edited. |
Delete Data (Users & Times) | Trends in the number of members deleting records and the total number of records deleted. |
Export Data (Users & Times) | Trends in the number of members exporting data and the total number of export operations. |
Each line chart contains two lines: Blue represents the number of users.Green represents the number of times an operation was performed.
The two metrics use separate vertical axes: the left axis represents users, while the right axis represents times.
Hover over a data point to view its exact values.
Notes:
Member activity statistics are available for the most recent year only.
When using View by Member, the Overview does not include Access statistics. Only trends for creating, editing, deleting, and exporting data are displayed.
View by Department does not provide trend charts. Aggregated results are displayed only in Activity Details.
Operations performed through public links are excluded from member activity statistics.
Activity Details
Activity Details displays operation statistics in a table for the selected time range. You can view data from the most recent year and sort the results by date or operation counts.

View by Form/Dashboard
View by Form/Dashboard displays the same fields as View by App, with an additional Form/Dashboard field showing the name of each form, workflow form, or dashboard. This view helps you identify forms or dashboards that have not been accessed for an extended period, so you can consider maintenance actions such as unpublishing unused resources.

View by Department
View by Department allows admins to evaluate system adoption and usage across departments. It helps admins share usage metrics with department managers and identify departments with low activity.
Statistics are not calculated automatically in this view. You must select at least one department to start the calculation.
1)Select Departments
Select View by Department from the filter bar. In the department selector, select one or more departments. The system calculates activity statistics for all current members of the selected departments and their sub-departments.
Notes:
If a selected department had not yet been created during the specified time period, it is excluded from the statistics for that period.
Department activity is calculated based on the current members of the selected departments and their sub-departments. All historical activity performed by those members is included, even if they belonged to different departments when the activity occurred.
For example, a member named Alex previously belonged to Department A but now belongs to Department B.
When Department A is selected, Alex's previous activity in Department A is not included because Alex is no longer a member of that department.
When Department B is selected, all of Alex's activity is included, regardless of whether it occurred while Alex belonged to Department A or Department B.
2) View Activity Details
The following fields are displayed:
Field | Description |
Date | The reporting period corresponding to the activity data. |

Edit Data (Times) | The total number of records edited by current members of the department and its sub-departments. |
Delete Data (Times) | The total number of records deleted by current members of the department and its sub-departments. |
Export Data (Times) | The total number of export operations performed by current members of the department and its sub-departments. |
View by Member
View by Member displays operation statistics for individual members.
The following fields are available:
Field | Description |
Date | The date corresponding to the activity data. |
Member | The member's avatar and name. |
Create Data (Times) | The total number of records created by the member on that date. |
Edit Data (Times) | The total number of records edited by the member on that date. |
Delete Data (Times) | The total number of records deleted by the member on that date. |
Export Data (Times) | The total number of export operations performed by the member on that date. |
View Individual Details
Click Create Data (Times) or Edit Data (Times) to drill down into the corresponding Data Logs. The selected member is automatically applied as the operator filter. You can also export the log details.
Note: Drill-down is not available when viewing activity details older than 180 days.
Export Data
Click Export in the upper-right corner to export the current filtered results to a file. The exported data matches the results displayed on the page, based on the currently selected filter conditions. Before exporting, make sure the filters are configured correctly.
Export Limits: Each export is limited to 16 MB and 100,000 rows.
Notes
Operations Through Public Links Are Excluded
Operations performed through public links, such as submitting forms or accessing dashboards through public links, are not included in Member Activity Data. These operations cannot be reliably associated with specific members.
T+1 Data Delay
Member activity statistics are calculated with a T+1 delay. Operations performed on the current day will be reflected in the statistics on the following day. Therefore, the results may be delayed by approximately one day.
Historical Data Range
Only member activity data from the most recent year is available. Data older than one year cannot be viewed.
Historical Data Compatibility
After the statistics calculation mechanism is changed, historical data processed for compatibility can be viewed under View by App > Overview using Day as the time granularity.
Scope of Form/Dashboard Statistics
In View by Form/Dashboard, the statistics cover only forms, workflow forms, and dashboards. Other resources, such as Data Factory and Aggregate Tables, are not included.
