What is Width?
You may enter different text lengths in different fields, so the width of each field might be different. For a better form layout, you can customize the field width according to your needs.
What Does It Look Like?
For example, you can customize the width of the Note field.
You can also customize the width of a subfield.
How to Set the Width?
Step 1 Setting Form Layout
On the Design page, go to Form Properties > Form Layout, and set the form to display multiple columns.
Step 2 Setting Field Width
You can set an appropriate width for the field in Field Properties > Width.
Step 3 Available Options for Field Width
1. Available width types for main form fields.
The width of fields can be set to 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and Full.
2. Available width types for subfields.
The width of subfields can be set to Half, Standard, Double, and Custom.
Note:
The maximum value of the custom width is 1000 px.
When to Use Width?
In the case of a customer satisfaction survey, you can extend the length of the Feedback field to allow customers to fill in more suggestions.
In the case of purchase registration, you can extend the length of the Product Code field to help display the full code.
