What is History?
History records all modifications made to form data by members within one specific group. It's commonly used for:
Product management systems: When members modify product information, you can use History to view modification details and ensure product data consistency.
Anonymous surveys/evaluations: You can disable History to hide modification records, protect privacy data, and improve the authenticity of surveys/evaluations.
What does It Look like?
Taking the Sales Avenue(PC) and Order Information(Mobile) as examples: After modifying, you can view the modification details in Manage Data as shown below:

How to Enable History?
Select the form that contains your data, then navigate to Extension > Data Details > History to enable or disable the History feature.
Note:
History is enabled by default.
When enabled, members can view History in both Permission Groups and every single data detail page in Manage Data.
When disabled, members can only view History in every single data detail page in Manage Data.
Where can you find History?
Option 1 Viewing History in Permission Groups
After enabling History, click on the data you want to view in Permission Groups, then navigate to Data Details > History to see modification details.
Option 2 Viewing History in Manage Data
In Manage Data, click on the data you want to view, then navigate to Data Details > History to see modification details.
What Information can You Get in History?
Operation types
History supports viewing 4 types of data operations: Create, Edit, Delete, and Recover.
For certain create, edit, and delete scenarios, the operation path is displayed. You can click the link to directly access the corresponding operation source configuration page:

Operation paths in History are only visible in every single data detail pages within Manage Data.
The specific scenarios for displaying operation types and paths are as follows:

Here are some key points about compatibility:
For data created, edited, or deleted through the following methods before our current update, the Automation and parent/child workflow names in the operation path will appear empty:
Automation creation, edition, deletion
Parent workflow creation
child workflow edition
Note:
The names in operation paths are displayed statically, meaning they show the names of Automation and parent/child workflows at the time of creation/edition/deletion. Subsequent name changes or deletions won't affect the displayed names in the operation path.
Supported Field Types for Viewing
The following field types are not displayed in History
• Divider
• Query Data
Modifications to all other field types are visible and viewable in History.
You can view subform modification details in History. If multiple items were modified in a subform, you can click to view detailed information:
Note:
If a member doesn't have permissions for a particular subform, they cannot view detailed subform modification information when accessing History.
How to View History on Mobile?
In My Apps, select the form you want to view, click on the data to enter the data details page, then view data modification details under History:
