When to Use an Area Chart?

Area charts can be used to display persistent data and can be a good representation of trends, accumulations, decreases, and changes. For example, show changes in sales over time.

Step 2 Adding Fields to Dimension and Measure

From the left field panel, select one field drag and drop it into Dimension, and drag and drop another field into Measure.
