What Is an App Homepage?

The app homepage is the workspace or the portal of an app.

It is used for information transmission, system guidance, quick operation, reminder and processing of tasks, data display and drill-through, and so on.

What Does It Look Like?

The following is an app homepage for order management:

How to Set up?

Click Settings in App Settings.

Up to ten dashboards can be added to the app homepage once. The system will use the first available dashboard as the app homepage according to viewing permissions. The admin can set different app homepages for different members.

The homepage set will be displayed at the top of the app:

Sorting Homepages

Dragdirectly to sort homepages:

After sorting, as the order of homepages with access changes, the app homepage will also change.

Note:

If the member has no access to any dashboard, the homepage will not be displayed.

Switching Homepages

If a member has access to multiple homepages, the member can switch to other homepages. The system will remember the switching action and the member can visit the homepage switched to the next time.

Dashboard Permissions Setting

To assign members access to the homepage, you need to set data access permission in the dashboard for members in the dashboard corresponding to the homepage.

Publish as Homepage in Dashboard

You can also click Publish as Homepage in the dashboard besides in app settings to add a homepage:

If the number of homepages to be published exceeds ten, you cannot publish another homepage and will receive a prompt as follows:

Notes:

1. All apps on the app homepage can be set.

2. The dashboard interaction on the homepage is the same as the dashboard. You can export, full-screen, and edit the dashboard.
