Why Do We Need Personal Views?
When working with views, you may frequently access specific datasets or prefer customized form settings, such as particular row heights or column widths, to improve readability and efficiency. In such cases, you can adjust an existing view and save it as a personal view, visible only to you. This guide will introduce two methods for you.
Creating via "Save as New View"
1. Adjust the current view based on your needs. You can modify:
filter, sorting rules, field visibility and order;
row height, column width, column freezing, Gantt chart zoom level, and column width.
After making changes, a “Save” indicator will appear in the view title bar.
2. Click 
icon near the Save button, and select Save as New View. Enter a name for your personal view and click “OK.”
Creating via Filter
This method is ideal when you want to filter data and save the filtered results as a personal view.
1. Click the Filter button on the toolbar.
2. Add filter condition(s) and Save as New View.
3. Enter a name for your personal view and click “OK.”

Personal views can only be created on the desktop (PC) version.
