Product Center

The Product Center serves as a centralized hub for admins to manage all available products within the organization. It supports the following core operations:

  • Enable/Disable Products: Control whether organization members can access specific products.

  • Set User Scope: Configure which members are allowed to use a product.

  • Quick Access: One-click jump to the corresponding product page.

Accessing Product Center

In the left navigation bar of the Management, click Product Center to enter the page.

The following sections use Jodoo as an example.

Viewing Product Information

The Product Center displays basic information for each product in a card format, including:

When set to "Selected Members," the list of selected users will be displayed.

Enabling/Disabling Products

Click the toggle in the top-right corner of a product card to enable or disable the product, controlling access permissions for organization members.

  • Enable: Members who meet both of the following conditions can use the product: they are within the User Scope, and their account status in Contacts is "Enabled."

  • Disable: No members can access the product. All created content and data will be retained but inaccessible. Normal access will be restored once the product is re-enabled.

Notes:

  1. At least one product must remain enabled. If only one product is available, it cannot be disabled.

  2. Disabling a product does not delete business assets: data, configurations, and ongoing tasks within the product will remain intact.

  3. If a member attempts to access a disabled product, they will be redirected to the login page with a prompt to contact the creator or system admin to enable it in Management > Product Center.

Setting User Scope

Under the Scope section of a product card, you can define who is allowed to use the product. Two types are supported:

  • All Members: All members whose account status is "Enabled" in Contacts can use the product.

  • Selected Members: Choose specific members from Contacts. Only the selected members whose account status is "Enabled" can use the product.

Notes:

  1. A member is counted as a "User Count" only if they meet both conditions: they are within the User Scope, and their account status in Contacts is "Enabled."

  2. If a product is enabled but a member is not in the User Scope (or their status is not "Enabled"), they will see the following prompt upon access: "Insufficient permissions. Your current organization/team is [xxx], and this account cannot use [Product] in this organization. To continue, please contact your system administrator or switch organizations."

  3. If a member within the User Scope is deactivated or marked as "Resigned," the system will not automatically remove them from the scope.

  4. Deactivated or resigned members do not occupy the "Available Seats" of the current plan.

  5. In Third-party Integration mode, the Creator can use the product but is not counted towards "Used Seats" and does not occupy seat quotas.

  6. If the number of members in the User Scope exceeds the plan's seat limit (e.g., due to plan expiration), a warning will appear: "Availability range exceeds the limit. Some members cannot access the product. Please adjust the settings promptly to ensure normal usage." In this case, admins cannot add more members to the range. Members exceeding the quota will be unable to access the product upon login. Admins should adjust the User Scope immediately.
