Custom details page now supports component visibility rules.

The Custom Details Page now includes Component Visibility Rules. This feature allows you to dynamically hide or show components based on specific business scenarios. By reducing interference from unnecessary information, this update satisfies personalized user needs and improves page focus and operational efficiency. For example, when a task progresses to the "Terminated" phase, the "Comments" component is displayed on the page.

A new list component is available in the custom details page.

A new List component has been added to the Custom Details Page. This supports displaying associated table data in an intuitive text-and-image list format. It meets the viewing requirements for scenarios such as purchase orders and inventory details, helping to improve information matching and verification efficiency.

Subform quick fill popup supports fixed columns.

The Quick Fill pop-up now supports fixing field columns. You can fix the first N columns, ensuring key information remains visible when scrolling horizontally, thereby improving editing efficiency for long tables.

Subform Data can be copied to external sources.

Data within the subform popup now supports selection and copying. Users can quickly copy data to Excel, IM chat boxes, or other system tables.

New records default to filling from the first row of the subform.

When adding new records via Quick Fill, if all field values in the first row of the subform are empty, the system will default to filling from the first row. Users no longer need to manually delete empty rows. The effect is shown below:

Rich Text fields now support import and export.

Rich Text fields now support import and export:

Import: Supports importing text content and automatically recognizes HTML tags such as <br> and <p> to import formatted text.
Export: Currently supports exporting plain text content only.

What's Enhanced

Users can perform continuous approvals in My Task.

Users can now perform continuous approvals in My Tasks. This eliminates the need to jump back and forth between pages, significantly improving the processing efficiency of backlogged tasks. The effect is shown below:

Workflow Center adds batch submission for tasks.

A Batch Submit button has been added to My Tasks. This supports selecting and submitting multiple pending workflow tasks simultaneously. The effect is shown below:

Return Node now allows the returnee to decide.

When setting up a Return Node, a new rule option—"The approval method is determined by the person who returned the task."—has been added for resubmission. This allows the person returning the task to decide the approval method for the resubmission based on the specific scenario, enhancing workflow flexibility.

Log audit classifications are optimized for clarity.

The classification of logs in Management > Login & Operation has been optimized for better clarity and ease of use:

Audit Trail:
- Login Logs: Records member login information.
- Operation Logs: Records administrator operations within the Admin Panel.
Product Logs: Records member operation details within sub-products (Apps).

Business Settings now supports the default system language.

In Management, a System Language feature has been added. Admins can uniformly set the default display language according to the enterprise's working language.

Admin group permission rules are optimized.

It is now permissible for the same member to join both a regular Admin Group and an App Admin Group, provided that the two groups do not manage the same apps.

Account Center adds an entry for language switching.

A language-switching entry has been added to the personal Account Center list. Users can quickly switch the interface language according to their habits, improving the international user experience.

Open Platform navigation layout is adjusted to the sidebar.

The top navigation bar of the Open Platform page has been optimized into a side navigation bar. The classification logic has been reconstructed to significantly improve the efficiency of finding functions.
