Update on January 30

Updated this week

Current Version: 10.16.0

Welcome to our first update of the year! We've been busy shipping new features and enhancements to improve your experience. This month brings a major visual refresh, powerful new automation capabilities, and enhanced security controls.

Highlights

  • Visual Refresh & Light Theme: A completely new look and feel, plus a new light theme.

  • Bulk AI Actions: Trigger Automation Pro on multiple records at once.

  • Enhanced Security: Upgraded attachment controls to prevent data leaks.

  • Developer API Upgrade: More powerful filtering for our data query API.

🚀 What's New

The user interface gets a fresh new look.

We've rolled out a brand-new visual style across the platform for a cleaner, more modern user experience. You can now choose the new Light styles under Management > Product Settings > Product Style to fit your visual needs.

Additionally, the workflow designer has been improved: view settings are now fixed at the top-left, while canvas zoom and the navigator are at the bottom-right for easier access.

You can now trigger bulk actions with Automation Pro.

You can now use Custom Buttons to trigger the Automation Pro on multiple selected data records simultaneously. This is perfect for scenarios like batch-processing work orders or bulk-updating inventory status, allowing you to automate a large volume of work with a single click.

💡What's Enhanced

Attachment and data security controls have been upgraded.

To reduce the risk of sensitive data leakage, we've significantly enhanced our attachment control capabilities.

  • Expanded Scope: Control now covers attachments in Signature fields, Rich Text fields, and even within workflow updates and comments.

  • Stricter Export Rules: When attachment control is on, exporting attachments, images, and handwriting signatures from forms or dashboards is restricted.

The briefing card component is now easier to use.

For URL links in the subtitle of a Briefing Card, you can now copy the URL with one click, in addition to directly opening it.

The plugin experience is now more streamlined.

We've made it easier to get started with plugins. You can now configure and enable plugins directly from the Market right after installation.

Furthermore, when setting up a plugin action in a front-end event, you can now use a quick-fill option to speed up the process.

The developer API has been enhanced with new filters.

With this update, the multiple data query API now supports more field filter conditions. Details are as follows:
