Current Version: 11.0.0
Welcome to our latest update! This month’s release focuses on improving the flexibility, efficiency, and overall usability of the platform across workflows, forms, and data management.
🚀What's New
Workflow withdrawal now supports processed workflows.
Initiators can now withdraw processed workflows, provide a reason, update data, and resubmit—reducing back-and-forth and improving efficiency.
Note:
This feature is available only when the workflow withdrawal rule is set to “Only the start node allowed” or “All nodes allowed.”
Node-level auto-submit control enables more precise workflow automation.
Node-level auto-submit control allows you to define which nodes can be automatically submitted, giving you greater flexibility in workflow automation.
This helps balance efficiency in multi-role scenarios while ensuring that critical approval steps are not skipped due to global auto-submit rules.
Aggregate tables now support multiple subforms from the same form as data sources.
Aggregate tables now allow multiple subforms from the same form to be used as data sources, enabling more flexible and comprehensive data analysis.
You can add up to three subforms from a single form and combine their data within one aggregate table.
💡What's Enhanced
The form field component in custom detail pages now supports easier layout configuration.
The updated entry point for field-free layout makes it faster for admins to adjust field layout, order, and width with greater flexibility.
The data table component in custom detail pages now supports automatic column width adjustment.
Users can now automatically adjust column widths with one click for better readability and viewing efficiency.
The workspace now supports custom backgrounds and greetings.
You can now set solid color or image backgrounds with preset options to improve visual clarity and appearance.
A greeting component is now available to display welcome messages and enhance member engagement.
App favoriting is now easier to access.
Members can now favorite apps directly from the app interface for quicker and more intuitive access.
Image and attachment preview now supports keyboard navigation.
Users can now switch between items using arrow keys for a smoother preview experience.
Form type switching for workflow forms now follows more flexible rules.
You can now switch to a regular form when no workflow data exists. If data has been initiated, it must be deleted before switching.
The workflow task withdrawal API now supports a withdrawal comment parameter.
The workflow task withdrawal API now includes a new comment parameter for specifying the withdrawal reason.
When the workflow is configured to allow withdrawal only from the initiator node and has already progressed to a non-connected node, initiators are required to provide a withdrawal reason when withdrawing the workflow.
A single field now supports multiple front-end event mappings.
You can now configure multiple front-end events to write to the same field, eliminating duplicate fields and improving flexibility across different scenarios.
Important Notice
Legacy aggregate tables are being upgraded and will be phased out.
Legacy aggregate tables will no longer support saving new configuration changes as they are gradually being deprecated. Starting from April 27, 2026, a second batch of backend migrations will be carried out to upgrade existing legacy aggregate tables. After the upgrade, all functionality will continue to work as expected.
You are recommended to upgrade in advance using the upgrade assistant or wait for the system to complete the automatic migration.
The Open Platform plugin runtime environment has been upgraded.
The Open Platform plugin runtime environment has been upgraded, including updates to programming language versions and underlying dependency libraries.
This improves platform security, stability, and compatibility with the latest technical architecture.
Only the new runtime version will be retained. Existing code that was not upgraded during the deprecation preparation period will be forcibly migrated to the new version.
For detailed upgrade policies and transition plans, please refer to the plugin runtime environment update notice.
Dashboard logs now record only actual modifications.
Dashboard logs are now generated only when real changes are made to a dashboard. Simply entering and publishing a dashboard without making any modifications will no longer create a log entry.
This makes log behavior clearer and helps administrators accurately track changes, improving internal reporting and responsibility tracing.
