A new "Loop Container" node has been added to Automations Pro.

Jodoo has launched a powerful new feature in Automations Pro—Loop Containers. This addition is designed to enhance the automation efficiency of complex business logic by executing loops on data within specified nodes.

Within the loop container, two looping methods are supported, each suitable for different scenarios.

Mode 1: Specify a node and execute a loop for each piece of data within the node.

Mode 2: Do not specify which data to loop through; set "End Loop" within the loop.

For more details about how to configure a loop container, see Loop Container.

Note:

Currently, Loop Containers cannot be configured in Automations Pro that are triggered by custom buttons.

The "End Workflow" Node is added to Automations Pro.

Jodoo has added a new "End Workflow" node in Automations Pro, a powerful tool designed to enhance your business workflow control with precision and compliance. This feature lets you stop specific workflows automatically, which is perfect for situations where strict approval is needed, like canceling quotes, stopping invoice requests, or ending project applications.

Take the financial management system as an example. An employee submits a quote request for review by the manager. Upon realizing there is a mistake in the quote, the employee cannot directly retrieve or modify the submitted request due to company policy. They must submit a cancellation request.

Instead of managers manually searching for the original quote request and terminating it, the end workflow node can automatically identify and terminate the data flow related to the original quote request after the manager approves the cancellation request. Let's see how it works.

With the "End Workflow" node, businesses can further improve process efficiency and ensure compliance and accuracy in workflow management.

What's Enhanced

Subforms now support quick entry

We've upgraded the "Add by pasting" feature in subforms to "Quick Fill," adding several new capabilities to make data entry faster and easier:

1. New toggle is added for you to activate the feature:

In "Subform >> Field Properties," there's now a toggle for Quick Fill. To activate it, you must also check the permissions for "Add New Records" and "Edit Existing Records."

2. Direct cell editing is supported:
You can now click on a cell to edit and input content in the Quick Fill page, making the entry process simpler and faster.

3. Editing existing rows is also available:

You can edit the existing records in the Quick Fill page. Additionally, if there is identical content in a column, you can use the fill-down feature to quickly replicate the content across the column, saving a significant amount of time and operational costs.

4. Quick Fill now supports filling single select and multi select fields:

Quick Fill mode now supports matching and filling single select and multi select fields that have data linkage. Previously, these fields could not be filled. With this update, if the input option content matches the preset options, it will be retained; otherwise, it will not be kept.

5. Validation for the selectable range of date and time is supported:

Quick Fill for subforms now supports validating the selectable range for date and time fields. This helps prevent the entry of invalid data and enhances the accuracy of data input.

Jodoo now supports hiding forms from members.

A new feature, "Hidden from Members," has been introduced for forms, allowing you to control the visibility of forms in the application directory. This ensures that members who do not have form design permissions cannot see hidden forms, minimizing distractions from auxiliary and intermediary forms. As a result, team members can concentrate on core business tasks, boosting overall efficiency.
