This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between Jodoo and users regarding data and information security when using the MCP Service.

Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to its terms, do not select the option to accept this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have understood and accepted the associated usage risks.

(1) The MCP Service is currently under continuous optimization and iteration. Jodoo may adjust, upgrade, or optimize related features based on product development needs, including but not limited to functionality, usage methods, and pricing plans.

Organizations should use the Service based on their business needs and independently evaluate outcomes related to critical operations.

(2) During the use of the MCP Service, users may process enterprise data through API calls, content generation, or interactions with third-party systems.

Organizations are responsible for establishing internal management policies and regulating user behavior. Any risks of data leakage, misuse, or improper dissemination arising from user actions, violations, or use beyond authorized scope shall be borne by the organization or the relevant user.

(3) The MCP Service may generate analytical results, reports, or other content based on user input and system data. Such outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased.

Organizations should independently review and assess all outputs and must not use them directly as the basis for external decision-making or disclosure. Any losses or liabilities resulting from reliance on such outputs shall be borne by the organization.

(4) Users and organizations must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, and Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China.

Data processing activities must be lawful, justified, and necessary, and organizations shall fulfill corresponding data protection obligations.
