View Custom Plugin Usage and Revenue

After a custom plugin is listed, developers can view the plugin’s usage statistics and revenue information.

View Usage and Revenue Data

1. View Usage Statistics

In Publish Management >> Usage Statistics, you can view the number of companies that have installed the plugin, as well as the number of companies that have triggered the plugin and the number of times the plugin has been triggered.

The usage statistics include the following metrics:

  • Installed Companies: The total number of companies that have installed the plugin after it is published.

  • Daily Triggered Companies: The number of companies that trigger and use the plugin each day after it is published.

  • Daily Triggers: The number of times the plugin is used each day after it is published.

2. Open the ISV Admin Console

In Open Platform >> Custom Plugins >> ISV Admin Console, you can view developer information and plugin revenue.

3. View Developer Information

In Developer Information, you can view the developer name.

Click View Full Information, enter the developer name and query key, and then click Query to view the developer’s detailed information.

4. View Plugin Revenue

The Plugin Revenue section includes the following information:

  • Plugin Revenue: The accumulated revenue, withdrawn revenue, and withdrawable revenue of currently published plugins.

  • Revenue Details: The information and accumulated revenue of each plugin.

Notes:

  1. For pay-per-use plugins, revenue is calculated once the plugin is triggered and is automatically included in plugin revenue statistics.

  2. Developers cannot currently apply for withdrawals manually. Finance will transfer the revenue to the developer’s account on a regular basis. At the end of each month, the revenue generated during that month will be transferred to the developer’s account.

  3. The calculation rules for accumulated revenue, withdrawn revenue, and withdrawable revenue are as follows:

    • Accumulated Revenue: All revenue generated after the plugin is published.

    • Withdrawn Revenue: Revenue that has already been transferred to the developer’s account.

    • Withdrawable Revenue = Accumulated Revenue - Withdrawn Revenue
