Overview
Member Card Settings allows you to select the fields displayed on member cards. This feature is mainly used for member identification and information display.
It can be used in the following scenarios:
Distinguishing members with the same name: Display fields such as Nickname, Employee ID, and Dept. on member cards to distinguish members who share the same name.
Standardizing member card display: Specify which fields are displayed on member cards to support member identification while protecting sensitive information.
Identifying members quickly: Help users quickly identify members when filling out forms, viewing records, reviewing Audit Trail, and performing other operations.
Prerequisite
This feature is available only to the Business Owner and Super Admin.
Configuring Member Card Settings
To configure the settings:
Go to Management > Member Information Management > Member Card Settings.
Under Select Visible Fields, select the fields to be displayed on member cards.
Click the icon in the upper-right corner to switch between PC and Mobile and preview the member card.
Rules for Organizations in Public Mode
Profile Picture, Contact Name are always displayed and cannot be hidden.
In addition to Contact Name, you can select up to four member information fields.
By default, Contact Name, User ID, Mobile, Email, and Dept. are selected.
Roles cannot be displayed on member cards.
A field is not displayed when its value is empty.
Demonstration
The configured member cards are available in multiple scenarios where member information can be viewed.
When filling out forms: In the member selection dialog, hover over a member's name on PC or tap the name on Mobile to view the member card.
When viewing records: Click a member's name in a records table, record details page, or record editing page to view the member card.
In other scenarios: Member cards are also available in Audit Trail and other locations where member information is displayed.
