Plan Details

Introduction

In Plan Details, you can view the Plan, System Overview, and the expired time of the features you purchase.

You can view:

Click your avatar in the upper right corner, and then click Management > Plan Details.

In Management > Plan Details, there is a button named Contact & Purchase.

You can click the button to contact our sales team or upgrade your plan.

Note:
If you want to upgrade your current plan, contact our Sales Team.

You can view Used and click View Details for more details about the usage under the current plan.

1. Check Used.

In Enabled Members, you can view both Enabled and Max.

2. Click View Details.

Click View Details to see more usage details. For example, check the file upload usage.

In Jodoo, advanced features refer to the features that need to be paid for or have a limited number.

When the number of advanced features used exceeds the limit of the current plan, the system will prompt that the amount has been exceeded. For details, see Solutions for Limit Exceeding.
For features with quantity restrictions, you can view the total quantity limit of the current plan.
After clicking some features, you can view the usage details or upgrade the plan to get more usage.
The features with icons grayed out are unavailable in the current plan. If you want to use these features, contact our Sales Team.
