You can share a record with internal members directly through a data access link. This helps members quickly find and check the form data.

Application Scenario(s)

Data Access Link is applicable to all scenarios of sharing internal data, such as lead information, sales information, and follow-up records.

Preview

Admins/members with data permissions can share the link of records with internal members within Jodoo, and they can open the link to view data details.

Setting Procedure

Where to Set a Link

1. Link in Manage Data.

On the form editing page, admins can go to Manage Data and click one record to enter the details page.

2. Link in permission sets.

In addition to sharing the data access link in Manage Data by admins, members can share records with permissions to other members through permission sets. In permission sets where you can view or manage data, click one record and go to the data details page.

Sharing a Link

In Manage Data or permission sets, go to the data details page of one record, click , and you can view the sharing link of this record. Admins can copy the link/QR code and share it with members, and members can view the corresponding record.

Note:

The member to whom the link is sent to can open the link only when the member is granted the records viewing permission. For details about setting permissions, see Publish to Members.
