Jodoo Account Closure Agreement

Introduction

Before formally submitting your account closure request, please be sure to read the User Account Closure Agreement carefully. In particular, when you successfully submit your closure request, this means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please stop the account closure application immediately. If you have any questions about this agreement, you can contact Jodoo.

Agreement Content

Closing the account is a non-recoverable operation. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests. Before you start the process, please fully back up the information and data related to the account and be sure to read and understand the following contents carefully.

No Longer Using the Account

After the successful account closure, you will no longer be able to use this account, or find any app information and data in the app form through this account, and any content and information bound to the account, including but not limited to:

1. You will not be able to log in, use the Jodoo account, use the app created by the Jodoo account, and use the form data and attachments within the app.

2. The team, enterprise, members' data, and historical information will not be retrieved. (Including team, enterprise, internal members' names, profiles, workflow information, comment records, and attachment space.)

3. The value-added services within the validity period will not be able to use, so you need to have completed the refund application process before the account closure application is submitted. Otherwise, you voluntarily give up on the above acts to claim any refund to Jodoo, and this right after the completion of account closure shall not be exercised in any form.

4. All records associated with other services of third parties that you use, authorize to log in, or bind through the Jodoo account will not be recovered. You will no longer be able to log in and use the aforementioned third-party services associated with your Jodoo account. You understand and agree that Jodoo cannot assist you in restoring the services as mentioned above.

5. The completed personal certification and enterprise certification of the Jodoo account will cease with the closure of the account.

Withdrawal from the Enterprise

If your Jodoo account has previously joined other enterprises:

1. Please make sure you quit all the teams/companies you have joined before submitting your account closure application.

2. If your statement is inconsistent with the actual situation, you will be responsible for all the consequences caused by the above withdrawal when Jodoo verifies with you.

When the Account is in Litigation/Arbitration

1. If your account is complained about by others, investigated by authorities, or in litigation or arbitration proceedings, Jodoo has the right to terminate the account closure without obtaining your consent.

2. The closure of your account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the closure of this account are exempted or mitigated.

Manual Closure Review

1. After you successfully initiate the closure process of your account, Jodoo will review your application and the attached materials within seven working days thereafter.

2. The closure application you submit may not pass the audit due to the following reasons:

  • Material content is not true, incomplete, and missing necessary items. For example, the actual binding of the account, the associated personnel, and business information are not filled in in accordance with the actual situation.
  • Obvious defects or falsification of materials. For example, the official seal is falsified where the official seal should be affixed. There is no handwritten signature, or the handwritten signature is randomly illegible.
  • Other reasons that Jodoo believes cannot assist in closure.

Audit Result and Closure Confirmation

During the above audit period, the audit results and closure confirmation emails will be sent to the phone number and mailbox for double verification. After you confirm the above two ways together, Jodoo will help complete the account's closure. After that, you can no longer retrieve any information and data from the closed account. Please be sure to operate carefully and reply to the confirmation email.
