Form Management

Setting Current Form as the Related Form

In Ver.6.5.0, you can set Related Form as Current Form for RelatedQuery. In this way, historical data can be directly queried, which improves the efficiency of the data query and makes the data query more intuitive.

For example, in student management, when teachers enter students' scores, they can query the historical records by retrieving data from the current form:

Business Process

Supporting Department, Departments, Member, and Members Fields in Subforms to be Selected as Dynamic Approvers

In Ver.6.5.0, you can select Department, Departments, Member, and Members fields in subforms as dynamic approvers. It can help improve efficiency in task assigning, task aggregating, and so on.

At Task nodes, you can select Department, Departments, Member, and Members fields as dynamic approvers in Approver, CC member settings.

At CC nodes, you can select Department, Departments, Member, and Members fields as dynamic approvers in CC member settings.

At Child Workflow nodes, you can select Department, Departments, Member, and Members fields as dynamic approvers in Child Workflow initiator settings (only support Member field in subforms).

After each approver confirms the reimbursement amount, the process will be finished.

1. Workflow processing notifications in Processed in apps can be sorted in the following three ways:

  • Latest
  • Earliest
  • Group by Form: Tasks of the same form will be sorted together.

2. Workflow processing notifications in Processed in Workspace can be sorted in the following two ways:

  • Latest
  • Earliest

Data Analysis

Supporting Full Join in Join

In Ver.6.5.0, Full Join is added as a new combining method of Join in the Data Factory. After you configure Full Join, values of both forms at left and right can be returned according to the connected fields. When a value from either form does not match the other form, a null value will be returned. That is a data union of both forms returned.

For example, in student score management, you need to use Data Factory to aggregate all students' scores:

Relaxing the Cartesian Product Restriction of Full Join

In Ver.6.5.0, if the calculation result of Full Join is within 100,000 rows, a Cartesian product connection can be carried out. If the result is more than 100,000 rows and there is a Cartesian product, the Data Stream update fails.

Supporting Date&Time Type in Calculated Field

In Ver.6.5.0, Date&Time Type can be added as the calculated field in Field Settings. After the calculated field is set as the Date&Time Type, the dynamic time will be obtained, which can be flexibly applied to date screening and aggregation in Data Factory or Dashboard.

Supporting Viewing Reference Details before Deleting

1. When deleting an Aggregate Table or Data Stream that is no longer needed, you can view reference details to ensure that the deletion will not affect other business processes. Take viewing reference details of a deleted Aggregate Table as an example:

2.When deleting a form or field that is no longer needed, you can view the reference details between them and Aggregate Tables or Data Streams. Taking viewing reference details of a deleted field as an example:
