Supporting Copying Formula in Formula

In Formula, you can directly copy formulas. The copied formula will retain the field index and will not convert the fields within the formula into strings. It can be directly applied for form submit validation, aggregate table validation, and data factory formula calculation. For details, see Formula Rules.

In the case of reimbursement application, if you need to set up Validations on form submission, that is, the total reimbursement amount does not exceed 1,000 yuan, the formula for the total reimbursement amount can be directly copied to Validations on form submission.

Optimizing Form Selection in Formula

When selecting variables in Formula, you can select the corresponding form from the drop–down list, and then select the fields in the form. It can improve efficiency when searching the field to select across forms. In the case of score calculation, the MAPX function can make it easier when you need to select and aggregrate fields across forms. You can switch to the corresponding form before selecting the fields.

Resubmitting Workflow to the Current Node after Rollback

In Ver.6.6.0, when a workflow is resubmitted after rollback, it can be submitted directly to the current node. This can improve efficiency for approval flow/process during business collaboration. For details, see Workflow Returning.

In the case of reimbursement application, if the reimbursement application is not approved, the application will be returned to the Initiate Node from the approval node of the Financial Department. The applicant can directly submit the application to the approval node of the Financial Department after completing the Reimbursement Statement, and there is no need to go through the approval node of the Department Manager again.

Optimizing the Display Limit for the Number of My Tasks

The My Tasks count display limit in the Workflow Center of apps and Workspace has been optimized from the previous limit of 99+ to 999+.

Optimizing Field Settings

In Ver.6.6.0, the field setting interface has been optimized. The original Add Calculated Fields has been optimized to Formula.

Supporting Adding Ranking Fields in Calculated Fields

In Ver.6.6.0, Ranking Field is added to the available fields in Data Factory. After selecting Ranking Field in the Calculated Fields, Ranking Rules and Grouping Field can be configured, which can be flexibly applied in student score ranking, sales performance ranking, and quarterly sales ranking.

For example, in the case of student performance management, if you need to check the score ranking in two classes respectively in the same grade, you can add Ranking Fields in the Data Factory.

Supporting Running Total in Calculated Fields

In Ver.6.6.0, Running Total is supported in Calculated Fields in Data Factory. Running Total refers to performing a cumulative calculation on a set of data in order to obtain the total sum of these data. Running Total, as a method of data analysis, is commonly applied in sales analysis, financial analysis, production analysis, and so on.

For example, in sales management, sales are calculated by cumulative sum monthly.

Adding New Aggregation Methods in Group by

In the Group by in the Data Factory, new aggregation methods are added for Date&Time and Number fields, as follows:

  • Date&Time: Earliest, The Latest
  • Number: Variance, Standard Deviation, and Median

For example, in attendance clocking, the earliest clock–in time for each department needs to be calculated and recorded. After setting the aggregation method of Date&Time as Earliest, the effect is as follows:

Common Functions

Adding New Entry of Data Management in Permission Sets

When you manage data, you can directly enter the Manage Data page from the permission sets. This can reduce the complexity of operations when you manage data, thus improving the efficiency of data management.

Optimizing Personal and Public Views

In Ver.6.6.0, the personal views and public views have been optimized in many ways:

1. The updates of personal views will be automatically triggered.

In Ver.6.6.0, when admins and members adjust the table row height, column width, frozen columns, and Gantt chart zoom level in the personal view, these updates will be automatically triggered in the current view, and saving the changed view will no longer be supported.

Take the frozen column in the personal view as an example:

Note: Updates automatically triggered in the Personal View will remain the next time you open it.

2. Cancel Change is supported in views.

If the admins and members have adjusted the current view and want to undo those adjustments, they can click Cancel Change.

3. Optimize Adjust View Configuration

When admins configure Personal and Public Views styles, the original Change Name and Adjust Default Style in the view are merged and optimized to Adjust View Configuration. This can reduce the possibility of accidentally changing the name and adjusting the view configuration.

4. Cancel Grouping Field settings creating a Kanban view

When creating a Kanban view, you don't need to configure the Grouping Field settings. You can click OK to create it directly. You can modify the Grouping Fields in Adjust View Configuration according to your enterprise demands.

Optimizing the Interface of API Key

In Ver.6.6.0, the API Keys and Third Party Authorization can now be managed separately in the left navigation bar. This can improve the efficiency when setting API Key and viewing Third Party Authorization.

Adding the IP Whitelist in API Key

In Ver.6.6.0, the IP Whitelist is added on Front-End Event API Key, and only requests from IP addresses in the IP Whitelist can be answered. This can reduce the risk of non-management personnel overstepping their authority and improve data security.

Note:

If no IP Whitelist is not set, then requests from any IP address can be answered.
