Processed

Introduce the processed workflow and how to use the processed feature.

Updated over a week ago

What is the Processed Feature?

Processed: data processed by the user as the approver

There are two types of processed workflows:

  • In Progress: workflows in processing

  • Completed: workflows completed

How to Use the Processed Feature?

1. Processed in the whole enterprise

2. Processed in an app

What are the Types of Workflows?

Workflows In Progress

Workflows that are not processed completely are displayed in Processed > In Progress.

Completed Workflows

Workflows processed completely are displayed in Processed > Completed.

All Workflows

Click All, and you can view all workflows that are in progress and completed and their number.

What Can You Do on the Processed Page?

Searching Workflow Information

1. Where to search

Click the type of workflows you want to search, and only results searched under that type will be displayed. If no type of workflow is selected, workflows in Processed within the app will be searched by default. Moreover, workflows in the whole enterprise will be searched in Workflow Center > Initiated.

2. Search rules

  • You can search workflow form name, initiated user, current node, start time, and brief field values.

  • You can also search Date&Time fields by the following formats: YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM, MM-DD, YYYY, MM, DD, and HH: MM (hour and minute). If the format of the Date&Time field is YYYY-MM-DD HH: MM, you can retrieve the record as long as the format entered matches the supported format. For example, formats such as YYYY-MM-DD HH: MM, YYYY-MM, and YYYY-M are all allowed to search processed workflows.

Filtering

Workflows can be filtered by Workflow Status, Initiated User, Initiated Time, Workflow Form, and Current Node:

Note:

When you need to filter data by Current Node, you must first select the workflow form you want to filter.

If you want to filter in Workflow Center in Workspace, you need to select an app first, and then filter.

Sorting

Workflows in an app can be sorted in the following three ways:

  • Latest

  • Earliest

  • Group by form

Click the arrow button to the right of Processed, then you can select initiated forms and pin them to the top for prioritized display.

Note:

1. . Group by form is only applied to the first 5000 workflows within the Processed section. However, once a form is pinned to the top, it will no longer be subject to this limitation.
