What is Product Logs?
Product Logs records detailed actions related to products for auditing and tracking purposes. Based on the operation object, product logs are divided into the following categories:
Application-related logs: Actions such as deleting or modifying apps, forms, and dashboards; adding, modifying, or deleting app management groups.
Product management-related logs: Actions such as modifying product styles, enabling or disabling task delegation, and adding, modifying, or deleting general management groups.
Retention and display scope: The system only saves and displays product logs from the last six months.
Prerequisites
The Product Logs page is only visible to the following four roles: Enterprise Creator, System Admin,General Admin, and App Admin.
How to View Product Logs?
Going to the Entry
Log in to Jodoo as an admin. Click the avatar in the upper right corner, then click Management Backend > Product Logs.
After entering the page, product logs from the last six months are displayed.
Filtering Logs
By default, all product logs are displayed. After setting filter conditions, click Filter to view the corresponding results. The following filter conditions are supported:
Filter Option | Available Choices |
Range | All: View all product logs. App: Filter application-level or in-application operations and management actions, such as modifying forms, creating data, and adding application management groups. Product Management: Filter global product management actions, such as adding, deleting, or modifying regular management groups, as well as modifying product styles, enabling pending task delegation, making payments, configuring application management groups, and other product settings. |
Type | After selecting a log range, you can further select a specific action type, such as creating applications or deleting forms. |
Operator | Select members from the contact list. |
Time | Select any time range. Only logs from the last six months will be displayed. |
Object | Filter by the associated application and operation object. |
Viewing Logs
After filters are applied, logs are displayed in a detailed table.
The log details include: Operator, Time, Type, App, From App,Object,Details, and IP.
Click the operator’s name to view their member information card, which includes the member’s photo, name in the enterprise, mobile number, email, and department information. If the member has been deactivated or deleted, the card displays: "This Member is not included in the organization."
Hover over the App or Object, then click Filter by This App/Object to filter and view logs related to the current app or object.
For some operation details, you can click View Details to go to the specific operation content.
Exporting Logs
Click Export to export all logs. You can also set filter conditions first, then click Export to export the filtered logs.
After the export is complete, click Download Now in the export completion prompt to save the file to your local device.
Notes:
After exporting, click Download Now and save the file to your local device as soon as possible. The download link will expire after 24 hours. After expiration, you can export the logs again.
A maximum of 20,000 rows of log data can be exported in a single operation. Data exceeding this limit will not be exported; only the latest 20,000 rows will be exported.
For data exceeding the limit, you can apply filters and export the logs in batches.
