What is Product Logs?
Product Logs records detailed actions related to products, including:
Member actions within the product
Administrator actions for product management
Note:
Product Logs only keeps the logs for the last six months.
What is Product Logs for?
Application-related operation records: Actions such as deleting or modifying applications/forms/dashboards; adding, modifying, or deleting application management groups.
Product management-related operation records: Actions such as modifying product styles, enabling or disabling pending tasks delegation, adding, modifying, or deleting regular management groups.
Preview
In Product Logs, you can check the member who logged in, the login time, and so on.
Where to Check
Click the avatar in the upper right corner to enter Management Backend → Product Logs. Logs from different time periods will be displayed on different pages.
Product Logs: Records for product logs from December 2, 2025, and onwards.
Historical Product Logs: Records for product logs from December 1, 2025, and earlier (this page will not appear if no logs exist for this time period).
Checking Login History
Product Logs
By default, all product logs are displayed. After applying filter conditions, click Filter to filter and view the logs according to the selected criteria.
Filter Option | Available Choices |
Range | - All: View all product logs. - App: Filter actions and management within the application, such as modifying forms, creating data, and adding application management groups. - Product Management: Filter global product management actions, such as adding/deleting/modifying regular management groups, modifying product styles, enabling pending tasks delegation, payment, and other product settings. |
Type | Filter by specific types of actions within the selected log scope, such as creating applications, deleting forms, etc. |
Operator | Filter by members from the contact list. |
Time | Select any time range, but only logs from the last 6 months, and from December 2, 2025, onwards, will be displayed. |
Object | Filter by the associated operational object. |
Previous Product Logs
Previous Product logs support filtering by the following conditions:
Filter Option | Available Choices |
Range | - All: View all historical product logs. - Product Management: Filter global product management actions. |
Type | Filter by specific actions, such as creating applications, deleting forms, etc. |
Operator | Filter by members from the contact list. |
Time | Select any time range for historical product logs. Only logs from the last 6 months and before December 1, 2025, will be shown. |
Checking Member Info Card
When viewing product logs, click on the operator’s name to view their information card, which includes the member’s photo, name, mobile number, email, and department info.
Note:
For the deactivated and the deleted members, the system shows the prompt "This Member is not included in the organization structure".
Exporting Login History
Product logs support exporting. You can click Export > Download Now to download logs, or set filters to export filtered logs.
Follow these export rules:
After exporting, immediately download the logs to your local device. The export link will expire after 24 hours, after which it can be re-exported.
A maximum of 20,000 rows of data can be exported in a single operation. Data exceeding this limit will not be included; only the most recent 20,000 rows will be exported.
For data exceeding the limit, you can filter and export the data in batches.
More to Know:
Only the creator, system administrators, regular administrators, and application administrators can view the Product Logs page.
