What is an Audit Trail?
Audit Trail records user login behavior and administrator actions in enterprise-level modules. There are two types of logs:
Login History: Records member login information.
Operation Logs: Records administrator actions in the Open Platform, Contacts, and Management Backend.
Note:
Only the action logs in the last six months can be saved in Audit Trail.
What is Audit Trail for?
Contacts-related operations: Actions such as adding, deleting, and enabling members; creating or deleting role groups.
Open Platform-related operations: Actions such as enabling, disabling, or importing plugins; enabling or disabling keys.
Enterprise Management-related operations: Actions such as adding, modifying, or deleting contact management groups; enabling/disabling products; creating and paying orders.
Member login records: When there are issues with a member’s account login, the login logs help diagnose issues by checking details such as login time and location.
What Does It Look Like?
What Types Does Log Contain?
Login History
Login History records the login details of enterprise members, including the member logging in, login time, platform, and IP address. You can filter the logs by Member and Login Time.
Operation Logs
Operation logs record administrator actions in the management backend, capturing all enterprise-level actions. By default, all platform logs are displayed. After applying filter conditions, click Filter to view the logs according to the filters.
Filter Option | Available Choices |
Range | - All: View all product logs. |
Type | Operations performed within the selected log scope. |
Operator | Members with contact management permissions. |
Time | You can select any time range, but only enterprise logs from the last 6 months will be displayed. |
Note:
Product-level actions such as creating regular administrators or enabling payment services (which affect only individual products) are recorded in product logs, not operation logs.
Note:
Only creators, system administrators, and contact administrators can view the Operation Logs page.
Member Info Card
You can now click the operator's name to view their info card, obtaining details such as profile pictures, names, emails, and departments. This enables you to differentiate members better.
Note:
For the deactivated and the deleted members, the system shows the prompt "This Member is not included in the organization structure".
How to Export Log(s)?
Audit trails can be exported.
Select the log type to be exported and set conditions for some or all logs to export them. Click Export > Download Now to download logs.
Note:
When exporting logs, you should conform to the following rules:
After exporting, make sure to click Download Now to download the logs within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the export will expire, and you can export the logs again.
A maximum of 20,000 rows can be exported in a single export. Data exceeding this limit will not be included, and only the most recent 20,000 rows will be exported.
For data exceeding the export limit, you can filter and export in batches.
