After mastering the basic operations of forms, you may encounter the following questions during daily use:
💡 Do I always have to edit data in the detail page?
💡 How can I quickly enter a large amount of data into a subform? Can I copy existing data directly into a subform?
💡 After adjusting a view, is it possible to keep the adjusted configuration fixed?
This guide addresses these questions one by one and provides practical tips to enhance your proficiency and achieve significant efficiency improvements when using forms.
Quick Edit
When the admin has enabled the Quick Edit feature for a form, you can modify data directly within the form without entering the data detail page.
1. Move your mouse over the content you want to edit. An edit button will appear; click it to edit.
2. Press Enter or click elsewhere on the page to save the changes.
Note:
The Quick Edit feature is only available on the desktop (PC) end.
Subform Quick Fill
When you need to enter a large volume of data into a subform and the data has already been recorded in Excel, you can directly paste the content from Excel into the subform. For details, see Subform Quick Fill.
Notes:
1. During Quick Fill, you can not only paste data from Excel into a subform but also batch edit or copy existing subform data.
2. Quick Fill for subforms is only supported on the desktop (PC) end.
Personal View
Based on the views provided by your admin, you can adjust views according to your needs and preferences (e.g., filter specific data, adjust row height, column width, or show/hide fields), and save the adjusted view as a Personal View visible only to yourself. For details, see How to Configure Personal Views?
Note:
Personal views can only be created on the desktop, but once created, they can be used on both desktop and mobile ends.
