What's New
Data details pages are fully customizable now.
Now you have complete freedom to customize data details pages. Mix and match progress bars, data entry forms, images, and embedded pages to create data views that perfectly match your business workflows. Shape the experience to fit your team’s unique needs—no limits, just possibilities.
Custom buttons now support batch adding records.
Custom buttons now support batch operations. This means you can select multiple data entries and, with a single click, add them to a related form. It’s ideal for scenarios like generating purchase orders, invoices, or statements in bulk.
For example, select multiple purchase requests and use the “Add Records” button to add all selected items directly into the “Purchase Details” section of a new purchase order.
Note:
Existing custom button settings will automatically adapt to support both single and batch operations.
What's Enhanced
Permission System is reorganized and enhanced.
Our permission system has been completely revamped for better scalability and control.
1. Admins are now separated and managed on different pages according to their management scope:
System: Manage Super Admins and Contacts Management Admins (newly added), and assign permissions for enterprise management and organizational structure.
Jodoo: Manage Regular Admins and assign application management permissions.
2. Contacts Management Group has been introduced. Previously, the "management scope" of the Regular Admin Group affected both of the following permissions, which could lead to confusion and inaccurate permission assignments:
The range of contacts available for selection within apps
The range of contacts that can be managed
To make the permission structure clearer and easier to understand, this update introduces a dedicated Contacts Management Group for configuring department, role, and other contacts-related management permissions. Additionally, the original "selectable departments and roles within apps" setting has now been merged into "App Management" for configuration.
3. One member can join multiple admin groups. Now, one member can join the Super Admin Group, Contacts Management Admin Group, and either the Regular Admin Group or App Management Group (only one type can be selected). Each person can join up to 10 admin groups in each category, giving your organization the adaptability it needs to thrive.
4. Admin Quota Counting Rules have been adjusted. Super Admins no longer count towards the subadmin quota in your subscription plan. After this adjustment, the available number of Super Admins is as follows; for security reasons, we recommend keeping the number within 5.
If the number of Super Admins set before the adjustment is 5 or fewer, you can set up to 5 Super Admins after the adjustment.
If the number of System Admins set before the adjustment is more than 5, your existing number will remain unchanged.
Note:
Super Admin quotas are currently free of charge. If you need additional quotas, you can request them for free by filling out a form.
Jodoo allows you to organize better with up to 100 app groups.
As your team grows, so do your needs. You can now create up to 100 app groups in your Workspace—double the previous limit! This allows for more granular and flexible app organization—perfect for growing teams and complex workflows.
Rich Text Fields just got smarter.
Find what you need faster with enhanced search and filtering for rich text fields. Use “contains” or “does not contain” conditions to pinpoint the exact data you want. Plus, you can now add up to 10 rich text fields per form, giving you even more room for detailed input.
