Workspace now supports customizing the App Interface Layout.

We’ve upgraded the Enterprise Workspace to give you full control over your app interface. Enterprise creators and system administrators can now customize the layout of apps on the PC by configuring app group styles and app display styles.

Group styles: Tile View, Tab View
App styles: Card View, List View

When using Tile View, members can collapse specific app groups to declutter their workspace. This only affects the personal view and will not change the layout for other team members.

App groups are now pinnable for instant access.

To save time, members can now pin their most frequently used app groups to the top of the Workspace. Simply hover over a group title under My Apps to pin it for instant access.

Visibility Rules for related forms are now persistent in View mode.

To help you focus on what matters in related forms, we’ve enabled field visibility rules in View mode. This update significantly reduces information clutter and boosts data-reading efficiency by hiding irrelevant fields based on your predefined logic.

Custom Detail Pages now support Buttons and Print Templates.

We’ve introduced new data operation types for the Data Table and List components. You can now integrate custom print templates and buttons directly into these components, enabling one-stop data processing and significantly boosting your overall productivity.

💡What's Enhanced

Workspace Search is now faster and more intuitive.

To help you find assets in seconds, we’ve optimized the search experience for My Apps and External Apps.

Apps: Search results now display the group they belong to, allowing you to locate apps instantly within your Workspace.

Forms & Dashboards: Each result now shows its full navigation path, making it easier to track down specific resources.

Department and Member Search is now more precise.

When searching in forms, dashboards, or apps, the system now reveals the complete hierarchy instead of just the top three levels, helping you identify and match content with total confidence.

Form Type Conversion Rules are now more secure.

We’ve updated the rules for switching between Form and Workflow Form types. To prevent process disruptions, form type switching is now restricted in the following scenarios:

Workflow to Standard: If a workflow is currently active, switching back to a standard form is no longer supported.
Standard to Workflow: If a standard form was previously converted from a workflow-enabled form, it cannot be switched back to a workflow form.

Department and Role Search is now more precise and accessible.

1. Members is now fully searchable by department and role.

Departments: Search results now reveal the full hierarchy path. Click any result to jump directly to its specific location in the list.

Roles: Results are now categorized by Synced and Created roles, displaying their respective Role Groups for total clarity.

Presentation of permission group search results (by Dept/Role) has been enhanced.

Query Multiple Records API is enhanced with new filtering options.

New filter conditions are now supported for Member/Department fields:

Workflow Design is now faster with the new Floating Toolbar.

To shorten your operation path and boost bulk editing efficiency, we’ve introduced a Floating Toolbar for workflow nodes. When selecting multiple nodes, a floating menu now appears instantly, providing quick access to Alignment, Arrangement, and Deletion tools. You no longer need to navigate to the top toolbar, allowing you to organize your workflow logic in seconds.

We’ve also added Ctrl/Cmd + Mouse Wheel support for canvas zooming so you can now adjust the canvas scale instantly with your mouse.

Tables are now more organized with Auto-adjust columns.

We’ve added a one-click "Auto-adjust" feature to instantly resize columns to perfectly match their content, ensuring a clean and professional look for your data.
