Account Usage FAQ

Data Volume

Q: What does Data Volume refer to?

Data Volume refers to form submissions. It is calculated cumulatively and does not refresh automatically over time.

Q: Does Data Volume reset every year?

No. Data Volume does not reset yearly or by billing cycle.

It is cumulative usage. Once data volume is used, it remains counted unless you take action to reduce or increase your available capacity.

Q: What can I do if my Data Volume is used up?

If your Data Volume has been used up, you can:

  • Delete existing form submissions to free up storage

  • Purchase additional Data Volume

  • Upgrade your plan to get more capacity

File Upload

Q: What does File Upload refer to?

File Upload refers to the total file upload capacity included in your plan. Unlike Data Volume, File Upload capacity is refreshed based on your billing cycle.

Q: Does the file upload capacity refresh?

Yes. File Upload capacity refreshes yearly based on your billing cycle.

For example, if your plan includes 120 GB per year, you will receive a new 120 GB allocation at the start of each billing cycle.

Q: What happens to unused File Upload capacity?

Unused File Upload capacity does not carry over to the next billing cycle.

For example, if your plan includes 120 GB per year and you only use 60 GB, the remaining 60 GB will expire when the next billing cycle starts. You will then receive a new 120 GB allocation.

Q: Will deleting old files increase my available File Upload capacity?

No. Deleting old files during the billing cycle will not increase your available annual File Upload capacity.

For example, if your plan includes 120 GB per year and you have uploaded 60 GB, then delete 30 GB of files, your annual upload capacity will still be 120 GB. It will not become 150 GB.

Q: Is there an upper limit to the yearly File Upload refresh?

No. There is no upper limit on the yearly refresh.

No matter how much File Upload capacity you use during the current billing cycle, your File Upload capacity will be replenished again in the next billing cycle according to your plan.
