🚀What's New
Custom Data Details Pages now support Pivot Table components.
You can now add Pivot Tables to Custom Data Details Pages to summarize and compare data across multiple dimensions—including records with blank values. This helps teams quickly analyze key metrics (e.g., comparing product sales by month, region, or channel) and make faster operational decisions in one place.
Subform initial values now support Quick Fill.
When configuring a custom Initial Value for a Subform, admins can now use Quick Fill to enter multiple records efficiently.
Automations Pro now supports custom tags.
Admins can now add custom tags to automations and filter the Automations Pro list by tag. This makes it easier to manage automations serving similar business scenarios, apply updates accurately, and reduce the risk of missed changes during team collaboration or work handover.
My tasks now support link sharing.
When viewing a task from the following pages, users can now click

💡 What's Enhanced
Form submission events are now managed in one place.
Actions that run when users submit a form are now managed under Form Properties > On Form Submission.
1. Data Validation has moved to On Form Submission.
The former Validations on Form Submission entry is now located under Form Properties > On Form Submission and has been renamed Data Validation.
2. Front-end Events can now run on form submission.
Front-end Event now includes a Form Submission trigger. Admins can create this type of event directly under Form Properties > On Form Submission, making it easier to support more submission-time business scenarios.
For example, when an employee submits an expense request, a Front-end Event can fetch real-time budget balances from an external finance system and auto-fill the form. This value then triggers Data Validation to block over-budget submissions.
Note: Form submission supports triggering only one Front-end Event at a time.
Data Details pages now support direct field editing.
On both the System Default Detail Page and Custom Data Details Pages, members can now edit permitted fields directly while viewing a record. This shortens the operation path and saves time when users need to make quick updates.
Usage Statistics now tracks Automations Pro executions.
Admins can now track execution consumption with the new Automations Pro Executions metric under Statistics > Resource Usage. This helps you monitor usage trends, pinpoint high-consumption apps, and optimize resources before hitting limits.
The metric appears in two areas:
Overview: The Overview now includes an Automations Pro Executions metric card and a usage trend chart.
Usage Details
Usage Details now provides app-level Automations Pro execution data and a detailed usage table.
Notes:
Deleting an automation does not remove its historical execution count from Usage Statistics.
The Automations Pro Executions metric is available from June 29, 2026. Click Refresh to retrieve earlier usage data as the initial value.
Usage data is updated on a T+1 basis.
Attachments Upload trends now include yearly, monthly, and daily usage.
The Attachments Upload chart now offers daily, monthly, yearly, and cumulative views to help admins analyze consumption trends and plan capacity proactively.
