Update on May 29

This release brings new ways to build richer detail pages, an important update on legacy aggregate tables, and a smoother work handover experience for admins.

Current Version: 11.1.0

🚀What's New

You can now build richer Custom Detail Pages with more data sources.

Custom detail pages now support additional data sources across multiple components. Admins can now:

  • Display data from related forms on the same detail page

  • Configure filters to control which records are shown

  • Apply sorting rules to organize displayed data

  • Create a more complete view of business context without adding unnecessary fields to forms

This helps teams review connected data more efficiently, without switching between multiple pages.

💡What's Enhanced

Work handover experience becomes more efficient.

We’ve improved the Work Handover module to make it easier for admins to find, review, and transfer work items.

1. Handover items are easier to navigate.

Handover items are now grouped by category instead of being displayed as one long list.

You can browse and filter items by:

  • System

  • Product

This makes it easier to locate the right handover items and complete the process more efficiently.

2. More control when transferring pending tasks

Pending task handover now gives admins more flexibility.

Key improvements include:

  • Only apps with pending tasks are shown.

  • Admins can select specific pending tasks to transfer.

  • Admins can select all pending tasks in one click.

Note:

Up to 5,000 pending tasks can be transferred at one time. If there are more than 5,000 tasks, please transfer them in batches.

Important Notice

Legacy aggregate tables will be retired.

We are retiring legacy aggregate tables to simplify the product experience and support future improvements.

Most legacy aggregate tables were automatically migrated by April 2026. However, some tables could not be migrated due to unsupported or invalid configurations.

The new aggregate table now supports the previous core use cases. Once legacy aggregate tables are retired, any remaining legacy tables will be automatically converted to the new version. Existing workflows, dashboards, or business processes that depend on legacy aggregate tables may be affected.

Admins should review and upgrade any remaining legacy aggregate tables before the retirement date. For more details about upgrading aggregate tables, see Aggregate Table Upgrade Notice. If you encounter any problems when upgrading aggregate tables, see Troubleshooting Aggregate Table Upgrade Failures.
