🚀What's New
Mobile views can now be configured directly in permission sets.
When creating or adjusting a view in a form permission set, admins can now configure the mobile view at the same time.
This allows you to complete both PC and mobile view configurations in one place, without having to configure them separately, reducing the effort required to set up views.
Front-end Events now support Select Data to Fill.
Button-triggered Front-end Events now support Select Data to Fill as a triggered action.
You can use data from forms, data streams, aggregate tables, and sync tables as data sources, select the required records, and fill them into the current Jodoo form.
This helps reduce the risks of manual data entry, minimize errors, maintain data consistency, and improve business management efficiency.
The following example shows how this feature can be used for Sales management:
MCP Service is now available.
The MCP (Model Context Protocol) Service generates an authorization URL associated with a member's identity.
With this URL, members can connect Jodoo to third-party platforms such as AI Agents, code editors, and command-line tools.
They can then use these platforms to view Jodoo tasks, query data, retrieve user messages, and perform other operations, enabling cross-platform automation and data collaboration.
For example, the following shows how to retrieve information about the currently signed-in member in VS Code:
Notes:
The MCP Service is currently in Beta. Features may be adjusted based on user feedback. To minimize business risks, use it with caution in core business scenarios.
This is a paid advanced feature. For details, contact our Sales Team.
Login Activity now includes overview metric cards.
Three new metric cards have been added to the Login Activity overview, allowing admins to quickly understand member activity without manually calculating the data. The metrics can also be used to report system adoption.
Metric | Description |
Directory Members | Displays the number of members in Contacts who have been invited, enabled, and are currently employed. |
This Month's Logged-in Users | Displays the number of enterprise members who have logged in during the current month. Multiple logins by the same member are counted only once. It also shows the increase or decrease compared with the previous month. |
System Login Rate | Members Logged In This Month / Members in Contacts × 100% |
💡What's Enhanced
Mobile viewing experience is now improved.
This update improves Data Details Pages and views on mobile devices for a smoother viewing experience.
1. Data Details Pages now provide improved action buttons.
The following improvements have been made to mobile Data Details Pages, including both System Default Detail Pages and Custom Data Details Pages:
A Return button has been added at the top of the page, allowing members to quickly return to the previous page.
The Previous/Next Record buttons have been moved from the bottom toolbar to the upper-right corner of the page to reduce accidental operations.
The styles of system buttons have been optimized. Custom buttons can now also be displayed on details pages using their configured styles.
2. Permission set views now display record counts.
Permission set views now display the number of records in the current view.
This helps members quickly understand the size of the current dataset and check whether the displayed data is complete.
Form Fill Link now provides a better form-filling experience.
This update increases the width of the form area on Form Fill Link pages, allowing form content to use more of the available screen space.
For complex forms with multiple tabs or subforms, more fields can now be displayed on a single screen, reducing the need for frequent scrolling.
The form width also adjusts automatically based on screen size, providing a consistent form-filling experience across different devices.
Usage Statistics interactions are now more streamlined.
The filtering interactions and dimension names in Usage Statistics have been optimized, reducing the number of steps required for queries and making filter scopes clearer.
1. Dimension filters now support automatic queries.
After selecting a target item from the search results, the page automatically refreshes the data. You no longer need to click Query.
2. In Member Activity, the dimension View by Object has been renamed View by Form/Dashboard, making the statistical scope easier to understand.
3. The time filter has been moved above the tabs. The selected time range now applies to the entire current tab, including both the Overview section and the Activity Details table.
4. In Resource Usage, the Refresh button has been moved above the tabs. It now applies to the entire current tab, making its scope clearer.
