Card View on Mobile

Introduction

Feature(s)

If you select the card view, the system will display records in the form of cards. Then you can view records on mobile more conveniently.

Application Scenario(s)

If you only need to check parts of the records, select the card view.

Setting Procedure

Creating a View

Select a form where a view needs to be set and click Edit.

Go to Publish > Views, and click New View.

Basic Settings of a View

Select Mobile, modify the name of the view, and click Card.

Setting Card Title

The record title will be displayed as the card title by default, and you cannot modify the latter in Views. However, you can set the record title in Extension.

Besides the name of the record title, you can also set the Image field, Created User, and Created Time.

Number of Columns to Display Fields

A maximum of three columns can be displayed in Number of columns to display fields.

Display Fields

You have two options when setting Display Fields.

  • Keep the same as PC: The display fields on mobile are the same as those on PC.
  • Custom: You can select some fields you need as display fields.

If you click Custom, select the fields that need to be displayed.

Note:

1. Display field settings take effect only when the view displays by default. This will not influence fields displayed when you view a single record or fill out the form.

2. Members can only view the fields they have permission to access and can set display fields when viewing records, regardless of the settings in the view by an admin.

3. Up to 12 display fields can be set.

Showing Field Name

If you tick Show Field Name, the system will display field names when you view records in the permission set on mobile.

Sorting

1. Sort fields.

You can only sort display fields when setting view styles on the Views Page. Members cannot do so when using the view.

Note:

1. Field order settings take effect only when the view displays by default. This will not influence fields displayed when you view a single record or fill out the form.

2. You can only set the field order when you select Custom under Display Fields.

2. Sort records.

The sorting rules on mobile are the same as those on PC.

Note:

Each field can only be included in a sorting rule once, and you can add a maximum of five sorting rules.

Saving and Setting Application Scope

After all settings are completed, click Save. If it is the first time you save the view, you can directly select the permission set, in which you expect the view to be displayed. For details, see Views in Permission Sets on PC.

Granting Permissions

Grant permissions to members to use this view.

Preview

Members can visit the form on mobile and select the permission set, in which you set the view style.
