Business Process

Automations Pro Triggered by HTTP

Automations Pro now can be triggered when external data is received at a specified URL (generated and provided by Automations Pro), and instantly write the data back to forms, ensuring a seamless business process.

Form Management

Watermark for Excel Templates

In Template Design Tool, a Print Watermark feature has been added to the toolbar. Users can easily enable/disable watermarks and choose the color and density. This enhances document security, preventing forgery, tampering, leakage, and misuse.

Here is an example of adding print watermarks to a Grade Report template:

General Feature

Relocation of My Favorites

The Favorites has been moved from the Workspace top right corner to Account Center > My Favorites:

System Usage Optimization When Over Limit

When system usage meets or exceeds the limit, the following optimizations are applied to ensure timely adjustments by system administrators before the account enters a buffer period, preventing deactivation:

  • Administrators cannot add, edit, or copy over-limit advanced features.
  • The account enters a buffer period only if user count and total data volume exceed the limit.

For details, refer to the document: Solutions for Limit Exceeding.

Data Analysis

New Time Format for the Filter Component

When filtering Date&Time fields in charts using the Filter component, users can now customize the filter time format, which is independent from the settings of the form's Date&Time field. This simplifies operations, provides more flexible filtering, and displays data more intuitively.

Here is an example. In the form that acts as the data source for the Detail Table chart, the Inbound Date field is set to display as YYYY-MM-DD. The data, however, can be filtered by a YYYY-MM time filter in the dashboard.
