Introduction

Feature(s)

Workspace is the homepage of the system. It can help you to deal with all kinds of businesses quickly.

Application Scenario(s)

Employees can customize the workspace as needed, including selecting page layouts, creating shortcut entrances, adding charts, and setting up frequently used apps. Admins can also set default workspaces for employees in advance.

Customizing Workspace

An admin can go to the workspace after logging into Jodoo, and click . Then the admin can customize the workspace just by dragging and dropping.

When customizing the workspace, you can set:

  • Layout Components: select Left Sidebar, Right Sidebar, or Single Column.
  • Page Components: add Workflow Center, My Apps, Shortcut, Charts, Rich Text, Banners, My Favorites, and My Charts.

How to Use

Workflow Center

In the workflow center, you can use features like My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, CC me, and Initiate Workflow.

Shortcut

After adding a shortcut, the business owner and super admins can add other shortcuts as needed in Set up Default Workspace. However, a member is not allowed to set and modify the shortcuts when visiting the workspace.

Charts

An admin can modify and add frequently used charts in Set up Default Workspace.

App Group

You can set multiple app groups for your business. Currently, only the owner and super admins can set app groups. App Group Apply To includes Owner and super admins and All members. You can set at most 50 app groups.

  • Owner and super admins: The system will show the app groups set by the owner and super admins. For members, all apps will be shown without any app grouping.
  • All members: All members in the enterprise share one app group. The system will display apps on which they have permissions.

Other Business Entrances

Switch Company/Team

If you are in multiple companies/teams, you can click Switch Company/Team to switch to another company or team.

Contacts

Jodoo is an app mainly used within teams. After improving the structure of Contacts, you can collect, analyze, share, and view data and control permissions through team cooperation.

Favorites

After admins have enabled favorites components in customizing workspace, members can add dashboards, forms, and so on in Favorites.

1. Members can click Favorites in the upper right corner of the workspace and click Add to collect apps.

2. Members can also click  to add apps/forms/dashboards to Favorites.

3. Members can also click  and then Favorite to add dashboards/forms as needed.

Messages

Messages include Data, System Logs, Usage, Event&News, Collaboration, and Settings.

Account Center

1. My Profile

You can set a nickname and other information in My Profile.

2. Management

There are Plan Details, Orders, Business Info, Webhook (Message), Login History, Audit Trail, and Statistics in Management.
