Publishing a Form

This passage will tell you how to publish your forms to Members or to All generally.

What is Publishing a Form?

After creating a form, publishing a form means enabling functions of forms, such as submitting data, viewing the data, and so on.

You can publish a form to Members or All.

Publish to Whom	Description
Publish a Form to Members	You can publish a form to members listed in your contacts and grant them specific permissions to submit or manage the form's data.
Publish a Form to All	This option makes the form accessible to anyone, even those outside your organization. External users can view the form, but their permissions are restricted. For example, they may only submit data or query the form's contents, without the permission to edit or manage the form.

Prerequisite

To publish a form, you should create a form first. If you haven't done this, you can create a form.

How to Publish a Form?

Step 1 Clicking Publish

There are two methods to completing basic publishment:

Select a form, click Edit, and go to Publish. Here, you can choose to publish To Members or To All. For more details, see Step 2 Setting Permissions.

On the Design page, click and enter the Publish page. Here, you can choose to publish To Members or To All. For more details, see Step 2 Setting Permissions.

When setting permissions, here are two options for you. You can choose to publish a form to Members or to All.

Option 1 Publishing a Form to Members

Go to the Publish page, and click To Members. You can select targeted members in your contacts to grant them some permissions to manage the data.

In this case, members must log in to their accounts to make operations. Different members can take differentiated responsibilities in data management.

Option 2 Publishing a Form to All

Go to the Publish page, and click To All. In this case, any user can access the form and submit data without logging into Jodoo.

Additionally, you can use the Public Query Link, enabling external users to search and retrieve submitted data based on specified query conditions.
