What is an App?
An app is a business management system composed of several forms and dashboards.
A regular form can collect records and achieve collaboration.
A workflow form supports workflow approvals.
A dashboard can achieve data analysis, processing, and demonstration.
Different apps can build different business management systems related to each other.
What Does It Look Like?
When using Jodoo, you can create multiple Apps to manage different types of projects.
How to Create an App?
Step 1 Adding a New App
Go to Workspace > My Apps.
Click New App, name the App, and choose an icon to complete the settings. After that, add forms or dashboards to the App. If there are App groups in the workspace, select a group for your new App.
Step 2 Setting the Icon
Click the icon and then select an icon from Pre-built or Custom.
In Pre-built, six colors and 40 icon styles are available. You can design the icon by combining the color and style you like.
In Custom, click Upload to upload a custom icon.
Note:
1. In Custom, the maximum size of an uploaded image should not exceed 20 MB.
2. Supported image formats: JPG, JPEG, and PNG.
3. If you change the icon type from Custom to Pre-built, the previous custom icon cannot be restored. If you want to use it, you need to upload it again.
Step 3 Searching for an Appropriate Template in Recommended
Click a scenario in Recommended, such as Project. Then all the official templates in the scenario will be displayed. Then you can choose an appropriate template based on your business needs.
Step 4 Installing a Template
You can directly install templates in Popular Templates.
Step 5 Installing an App in Template Center
You can install a desired app in Template Center and modify it as you need.
